Este fin de semana aproveché para sentarme un momento a mi máquina de coser y sacar una costura que tenía pendiente, se trata de un encargo de mi madre que hace aproximadamente 15 días me había dado una tela para que le hiciera una falda, realmente no había tenido tiempo, gracias a Dios este fin de semana pude, así que, tomé un patrón de una falda en uso que ya tenía, corté la medida y le hice una hermosa falda amarilla, sencilla, simplemente con un detalle de una abertura delantera en uno de los lados y un detalle de una costura central en la parte trasera, una falda muy sencilla de realizar pero con un resultado bastante hermoso; además de que el color es bastante inusual, pero hermoso; les muestro el procedimiento

This weekend, I took the opportunity to sit down at my sewing machine and finish a sewing project I had pending. It was a request from my mother, who had given me some fabric about two weeks ago to make her a skirt. I hadn't really had time, but thank God I was able to do it this weekend. So, I took a pattern from a skirt I already had, cut the fabric to size, and made her a beautiful yellow skirt. It's simple, with just a slit in the front on one side and a center seam detail in the back. It's a very easy skirt to make, but the result is quite beautiful. The color is also quite unusual, but lovely. Here's how I did it.

Lo primero que hice fue cortar las piezas traseras y delantera de la falda utilizando como medida una falda en uso también, corté la pretina, no utilizó cierre porque es una tela elástica.
La parte delantera la coloqué por el lado reverso e hice una costura que llegara hasta la rodilla y de allí en adelante iba a quedar la abertura, luego voltee por el lado derecho y pasé costura por ambos lados de manera que quedó una costura triple y a la parte trasera hice sencillamente una costura en todo el centro de la falda, luego uní ambas partes, finalmente coloqué la pretina y, por último hice un dobladillo en la parte final
The first thing I did was cut the back and front pieces of the skirt using a skirt I already owned as a guide. I cut the waistband and didn't use a zipper because the fabric is stretchy.
I placed the front piece on the reverse side and sewed a seam that reached the knee, leaving an opening from there onward. Then I turned it right side out and sewed both sides so that there was a triple seam. For the back, I simply sewed a seam down the center of the skirt, then joined both parts together. Finally, I attached the waistband and hemmed the bottom.
Así quedó esta hermosa falda que hice para mi madre, le quedó perfecta y según ella también le gustó Jajaja .
