¡Hola amigos de Hive-Con! Espero que estén teniendo un lindo día. Hoy me pasó por aquí para participar de la nueva iniciativa creada que consiste en hablar de aquellas series animadas favoritas de nuestra infancia.
Hello friends of Hive-Con! I hope you are having a nice day. Today I stopped by to participate in the newly created initiative that consists of talking about those favorite animated series from our childhood.
Siempre se me complica hacer una selección porque quisiera hablar de varias que me gustaban y me la pasaba mirando. Les cuento que me defino como una chica Cartoon Network, este era mi canal favorito a la hora de ver televisión. Así que vi incontables dibujos de aquí como El laboratorio de Dexter, Los chicos del barrio, Coraje el perro cobarde, Tom y Jerry, El coyote y el correcaminos, Bugs Bunny y el pato Lucas, La vaca y el pollito, entre otros. Pero hoy les vengo a hablar de dos que sin dudas fueron de mis favoritas. Bien, empecemos 😉.
It's always difficult for me to make a selection because I would like to talk about several of them that I liked and I spent a lot of time watching. I tell you that I define myself as a Cartoon Network girl, this was my favorite channel when it came to watching TV. So I watched countless cartoons from here like Dexter's Laboratory, The Neighborhood Kids, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Tom and Jerry, The Coyote and the Roadrunner, Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck, The Cow and the Chicken, among others. But today I'm going to talk about two of them that were undoubtedly among my favorites. Well, let's get started 😉.
Scooby-Doo
Quién no recordará esta serie que además cuenta con varias películas en live action. Era bastante atrapante el tema de resolver los misterios y descubrir que detrás de cada fantasma que aterrorizaba al perro Scooby, en realidad había un humano disfrazado.
Who doesn't remember this series, which also has several live action movies. The theme of solving the mysteries and discovering that behind every ghost that terrorized Scooby the dog, there was actually a human in disguise was quite enthralling.
Siempre fui una niña bastante asustadiza así que me sentía identificada con el perro de raza gran danés que, a pesar de ser gigante, era bastante asustadizo. Me encantaba su relación de amistad con Shaggy, ambos eran miedosos pero siempre se apoyaban mutuamente. Recuerdo esas escenas dónde Scooby se asustada y corría a saltar arriba de Shaggy y este sí se asustaba también saltaba arriba de sus otros compañeros con Scooby en brazos jajajaja, siempre me causaban risas esas partes.
I was always a pretty scary little girl so I identified with the Great Dane dog who, despite being a giant, was pretty scary. I loved his friendship with Shaggy, they were both scared but always supported each other. I remember those scenes where Scooby would get scared and run to jump on top of Shaggy and Shaggy would also jump on top of his other companions with Scooby in his arms hahahaha, I always laughed at those parts.
Además es una serie bastante buena en general, tiene su toque de misterio e intriga, la trama es atrapante. Creo que también transmitía un mensaje, algo así como que los monstruos en realidad eran los humanos y que había que temerles a ellos, no a los aparentes fantasmas que no pueden hacernos daño.
It's also a pretty good series in general, it has its touch of mystery and intrigue, the plot is gripping. I think it also conveyed a message, something like that the monsters were actually the humans and that we should be afraid of them, not the apparent ghosts that can't hurt us.
Amaba tanto a Scooby que quería tener un perro de esta raza. Obvio que nunca lo tuve, pero había un local de fabricación de muebles cerca de mi casa que tenía uno negro que era gigante y hermoso, me hice su amiga y siempre que pasaba lo acariciaba ❤️.
I loved Scooby so much that I wanted to have a Scooby dog. Of course I never got one, but there was a furniture store near my house that had a black one that was giant and beautiful, I became friends with him and whenever I passed by I would pet him ❤️.
Sin embargo, no todo es bueno. Les voy a confesar algo, no me gustaban mucho los capítulos en los que estaba el cachorro Scrappy, que era sobrino de Scooby, no me caía muy bien. No sé por qué 🤭. Pero en líneas generales disfrutaba mucho de ver esta caricatura, la solían pasar por las tardes, así que merendaba mirando los capítulos.
However, not everything is good. I'm going to confess something, I didn't like very much the chapters with the puppy Scrappy, who was Scooby's nephew, I didn't like him very much. I don't know why 🤭. But in general I really enjoyed watching this cartoon, they used to show it in the afternoons, so I had a snack watching the chapters.
Las chicas superpoderosas - The Powerpuff Girls
Mi santa trinidad de Bombón, Burbuja y Bellota, cada una con su personalidad característica. Bombón siendo la líder, inteligente y un tanto vanidosa por ser considera la más linda; Burbuja, la más infantil de las 3, la tierna e inocente, ella ama los colores y los animales; y por último, Bellota, la más peleadora, malhumorada y ruda, pero la queremos mucho 💕. Ellas fueron creadas en un laboratorio por el profesor Utonio con azúcar, flores y muchos colores. Sin embargo, se derramó una sustancia X que las convirtió en niñas superheroínas que además de ir a preescolar también atrapan criminales y mantienen a la ciudad de Saltadilla bajo control.
My holy trinity of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, each one with her own characteristic personality. Blossom being the leader, intelligent and somewhat vain for being considered the prettiest; Bubbles, the most childish of the 3, the tender and innocent, she loves colors and animals; and finally, Buttercup, the most quarrelsome, moody and rude, but we love her very much 💕. They were created in a laboratory by Professor Utonio with sugar, flowers and lots of colors. However, an X substance was spilled that turned them into superheroine girls who besides going to preschool also catch criminals and keep the city of Saltadilla under control.
Las amaba un montón, mi favorita era Burbuja porque me identificaba con ella por su amor a los animales y por ser la más dulce. Aunque ahora de grande me termine convirtiendo en Bellota 😂. Es como esos personajes que no entendés porque son tan mala onda, pero cuando creces te das cuenta el motivo, la vida.
I loved them a lot, my favorite was Bubbles because I identified with her for her love for animals and for being the sweetest. Although now when I grow up I end up becoming Buttercup 😂. It's like those characters that you don't understand why they are so badass, but when you grow up you realize why, life.
Me encantaban las aventuras de estas niñas, los criminales que aparecían; el clásico Mojo JoJo, un mono que también fue sometido a experimentos y se convirtió en uno de los villanos antagónicos. También está Él que era un diablo que usaba tacones y se vestía como mujer, un personaje bastante controversial para la época.
I loved the adventures of these girls, the criminals that appeared; the classic Mojo JoJo, a monkey who was also subjected to experiments and became one of the antagonistic villains. There's also Him who was a devil who wore heels and dressed as a woman, quite a controversial character for the time.
Algo que me daba mucha curiosidad es que nunca mostraban la cara de uno de los personajes mujeres, que era la asistente del Alcalde de la ciudad, siempre le mostraban las piernas y el cabello rojo intenso. Esos misterios de la vida. Pero sin dudas fue una gran serie de mi época que supé disfrutar.
Something that made me very curious is that they never showed the face of one of the female characters, who was the assistant to the mayor of the city, they always showed her legs and her bright red hair. Those mysteries of life. But it was undoubtedly a great series of my time that I enjoyed.
