Impulse o Bart Allen es nieto de Barry Allen, el flash de la línea presente y este personaje viene desde el futuro para advertir a Barry de su muerte y además para compartir tiempo con su abuelo que en el futuro no tuvo la oportunidad de tenerlo muy presente.

Como hecho curioso, no sé si saben que los velocistas no solo transitan de forma acelerada por la realidad, pero resulta que entre los beneficios de poder disfrutar de la fuerza de velocidad y de tener curación acelerada este personaje cuenta con esta ventaja que es un arma de doble filo, esto quiere decir que además de la sanación más rápida de lo normal, también envejece mucho más rápido que sus compañeros velocistas, fue criado dentro de una máquina que retrasa su crecimiento pero Wally le ayuda a controlar su hiper metabolismo. Cuando nos lo presentan, aparentemente tiene 12 años cuando realmente tiene 2. Este personaje en la línea de tiempo de la serie "Young Justice" del cuál es uno de los fundadores, por la muerte de Wally, el chico Flash, es él el que hereda este manto.

La personalidad de este personaje es extrovertida y acelerada lo que hace que convine muchísimo con cualquiera de los mantos de los velocistas, es capaz de jugar partidas de ajedrez en cinco segundos, llegando a competir en algún momento por la velocidad de sus pensamientos con el mismo Superman que también cuenta con una velocidad sobrehumana, sin gozar del privilegio de utilizar la fuerza de velocidad.

The personality of this character is extroverted and accelerated which makes him to agree a lot with any of the sprinters' cloaks, he is able to play chess games in five seconds, getting to compete at some point for the speed of his thoughts with the same Superman who also has a superhuman speed, without enjoying the privilege of using the speed force.

Divagando un poco, este personaje no ha sido lo suficientemente desarrollado, ni en los comics, series animadas y tampoco en las películas. Es una lástima que este personaje tan atractivo, hiperactivo no tenga proyectos en solitario. Sería una apuesta bien atractiva, sobre todo para un audiencia joven entre los 10 años y 16 años, ver un velocista con el cuál se puedan identificar y no agarrar al Flash de Ezra Miller y forzarlo con la trama y chiste absurdamente obligados. Digressing a little, this character has not been developed enough, neither in comics, animated series nor in movies.
