While daydreaming of my favorite seafood dish I stumbled upon this great track by very talented on #Emanate:

I haven't been to the beach in over a year, so this totally made my day.
Also, I haven't the slightest clue on how to make this amazing dish, but I can certainly give it a whirl, lol. It's called Tapado and it comes from the Garífuna culture. The Garifuna (or Garinagu) are afro-caribbean people that settled in Belize, Guatemala and Honduras.
some key ingredients in Tapado are plantain, coconut milk and lots of delicious creatures from the sea.
I'll see of my girlfriend Pam wants to make a team effort and try with me.
I've been keeping videocalls with my friend who's unfortunately been on total lockdown in Kuala Lumpur for a few weeks now, so I'd like to send some nice music to cheer my boy up!
Hang in there Lethal Skills! Hope you get to go to the beach soon! Mad love from Guatemala my friend!
