Now the first thing to do fold out fabric in 4,then the measurements am dealing with is waist 22 ÷ 4 + 2inches of the side zip = 7
Length 24 + 2 band
From my close area of my fold fabric I start my measurements taking 7inch although my radius and determine the length also.

After I cut flare I open one side for the flare to fix in the zipper.

waistband
I cut 5 unfold determine wasit circumference
Keep the waistband on the top edge of the skirt. Stitch with a 1/4 inch allowance and also fix zipper to the skirt

How to go about the pinafore the upper part of the dress used her nipples to nipples point to do that and cut 4inches unfold to the back and connect it to face part.

Attached it to the ready flare skirt.
