The plumbers arrived at 7:30AM and had this installed by 9AM. It’s going to be a WHOLE lot more expensive than just fixing a dripping faucet. Sigh….
My tenant and the contractor arrived around 3PM and they got the holes laid out and my tenant and my son got them dug. The contractor was able to place supports for 2 sets of shelving.
He also added more shims to the dining room floor. We still haven’t decided what we are going to do in that area to keep the flooring together. We’re trying to avoid tearing out that whole section of floor if we can.
He will be back on Thursday afternoon and maybe take down the broken window on the barn if it’s not raining. Then he will build the next sets of shelving.
