When I first saw it, I almost thought it was a fallen dry leaf. But it moves, and occasionally it wiggles its antennae.
Needless to say, it was a moth with quite a strange appearance. It is light brown with small black spots all over its body. The wings do not cover the back, have a fat abdomen that is curved and have four nodules on the tail.
From its physical characteristics, I confirm it is the Erythrina moth with the scientific name Terastia meticulosalis, a species of moth belonging to the genus Terastia (family Crambidae).
