For a long time I was drawing with a small nib and it was very uncomfortable, the pen just didn't respond in a certain hand position - the length of the nib was insufficient for sensitivity. Recently I found the rods on Avito and ordered them, because I bought the pen tablet by hand and had no spare pens with it.
