Hello friend of this great community, for today I want to share a craft made with recycled material, it is the first time that I work with this type of material such as PVC pipe, mostly My craft work related to vehicles has always been made of cardboard, but this time I wanted to "innovate" a little in my creations, so today I share this work with you, it did give me some work, but the hours of making this vehicle were very satisfactory for me 😁😁, I hope you like my craft so without further ado I'll show you how I made this beautiful car.

In this first step I took the PVC tube and cut it lengthwise before I had to measure a part so as not to chop the whole tube and use it in parts, when I chopped it I took it to the fire to soften it, in this point we must be careful not to burn it, the advantage is that this is a plastic that does not melt so easily, after it is already soft place it on a flat surface and place a weight on it so that it remains flat When it's time to cool down, I'll have a plastic sheet left over.
En este primer paso tome el tubo de PVC y lo corte a lo largo antes de ellos tuve que medir una parte para no picar todo el tubo e ir usando por partes, llegó de picarlo lo lleve al fuego para ablandar, en este punto hay que tener cuidado de que no se nos queme, la ventaja es que este es un plástico que no se derrite tan fácil, luego de que ya está blando lo coloque sobre una superficie plana y le coloque un peso encima para que permaneciera plano y a la hora de enfriar me quedara una lámina de plástico.
For the next step I began to draw parts of the Jeep on the plastic sheet that comes from the tube, here it was a bit difficult to get the parts out, since it was easier with a hacksaw blade, but since I didn't have it I improvised with a handsaw 😄 somewhat rustic but little by little I managed to get the pieces out.
Para el siguiente paso comencé a dibujar partes del Jeep en la lámina de plástico que sabe del tubo, aquí me costó un poco sacar las partes, ya que se hacía más fácil con una hoja de segueta, pero como no lo tenía a la mano improvise con un serrucho 😄 algo rústico pero poco a poco logré sacar las piezas.
After having the pieces of the Jeep I started gluing, before that I used the foami cutouts to glue them between the plastic joints, since Silicon does not have good adhesion when gluing plastic so between the joints use foami strips and so it was able to hit well.
Luego de tener la piezas del Jeep comencé a pegar, antes de ello use los recortes de foami para pegarlos entre las uniones del plástico, ya que el Silicon no tiene buena adherencia pegando plástico así que entre las uniones use tiras de foami y así pudo pegar bien.

I started to make the rear part of the jeep and move forward to make the grill, and then continue with what takes me more work 😁
Comencé a realizar lo que es la parte trasera del jeep y adelanto para hacer la parrilla, para luego seguir con lo que me llevo más trabajo 😁
Well, here in this step I literally suffered making these wheels, so I started by cutting four pieces of 2-inch PVC pipe, I cut them off the edge and made a flange, the one commonly worn by the rims to withstand the pressure of the rubber .
Buenos aquí en este paso literalmente sufrí haciendo estás ruedas, así que comencé cortando cuatro trozos de tubo de PVC de 2 pulgadas, les Cañete la orilla e hice como una pestaña, la que comúnmente llevan los rines para aguantar la presión del caucho.
To make the rubbers, take pieces of sponges and insert them into the Rhine, and then take pieces of rubber from the ones that the bicycle has inside, here in Venezuela they call it gut 😄, I took the measurements and gave it a little shape so that it is the most similar to a wheel.
Para realizar los cauchos tome trozos de esponjas y los peque en el Rin, para luego tomar trozos de goma de las que traen la bicicleta por dentro, aquí en Venezuela se le dice tripa 😄, tome las medidas y le fui dando un poco de forma para que quede lo más parecido a una rueda.
Here we made what will be the engine of the jeep, I made the radiator and the water hoses along with the exhausts.
Aquí realizamos lo que será el motor del jeep, le hice el rediador y las mangueras de agua junto con los escapes.
Now I will be making part of the dashboard, a tube frame in the rear very common in Jeeps and start with the small parts to support the front wheels
Ahora estaré realizando parte del tablero, un armazón de tubos en la parte trasera muy común en los Jeep y empezar con la pequeñas partes para dar soporte a las ruedas delanteras
Here we begin to assemble the front end with the supports to hold the wheel bar, place the spirals that I made with a piece of cable and gave it a spiral shape.
Aquí comenzamos armar el tren delantero con los soporte para aguantar la barra de la ruedas, colocar los espirales que los fabrique con un trozo de cable y le di forma de espiral.
It's time to glue the grille and headlights that I made with cutouts from an old CD and our jeep seats
Es hora de pegar la parrilla y los faros que los realice con recorte de un CD viejo y nuestros asientos del jeep
Well my friends after about 36 hours of work the Jeep is almost ready, we just have to give a few small touches of paint and give it personality. So you can enjoy the final result of this work in the following photographs.
Bueno mis amigos luego de unas 36 horas de trabajo el Jeep está casi listo, solo nos queda dar unos pequeños retoques de pintura y darle personalidad. Así que el resultado final de esta obra lo puede disfrutar en la siguiente fotografías.
