Materiales /Materials
Botellas de refresco, escarcha, cartón, silicón frío y en barra, pistola para silicón caliente, fotos de tus seres queridos, figuras navideñas, cintas, perla corrida, lentejuelas, un marco de espejo desechado, una lámina oficio de foami, un cordón de yute, un molde en forma de círculo y algunos otros recurso que sirvan para decorar a tu gusto.
Soda bottles, frosting, cardboard, cold and hot silicone, hot silicone gun, photos of your loved ones, Christmas figures, ribbons, pearl beads, sequins, a discarded mirror frame, a sheet of foami, a jute cord, a circle mold and some other resources that can be used to decorate to your liking.
El regalo: Un marco decorado con una guirnalda de foami y unas esferas planas con fotos de la familia.
Las esferas pueden ser utilizadas en el arbolito, de hecho esa fue la primera intención y para eso haría varias de esas esferas con las fotos de mis hijos, nieto, esposo, mis difuntos padres y una foto mía pero pensando en el trabajo que tendría, lo hice con las fotos de mis hijos siendo unos niños y la de mi nieto.
También quise darle uso al marco del espejo el cual estaba destinado para un móvil con esas esferas; cambié de opinión y lo convertí en un adorno de pared porque el foami no me alcanzaba para la parte de atrás. Dicho esto, continúo con el proceso con mucho cariño para ti y todos en la plataforma.

The spheres can be used in the tree, in fact that was the first intention and for that I would make several of these spheres with photos of my children, grandson, husband, my late parents and a photo of me but thinking about the work I would have, I did it with photos of my children as children and my grandson. I also wanted to use the frame of the mirror which was intended for a mobile with those spheres; I changed my mind and turned it into a wall decoration because the foami was not enough for the back. Proceso de las esferas / Process of the spheres
1.- Transferir el molde al cartón o cartulina; en mi caso usé una tarjeta de Navidad a la que saqué los dibujos y una tarjeta de invitación.
1.- Transfer the mold to the cardboard; in my case I used a Christmas card from which I took the drawings and an invitation card.
2.- De las botellas de refresco tomé la parte plana que me sirvió de lámina de acetato. Con la ayuda del marco recorté una parte que me permitiera cubrir la foto.
2.- From the soda bottles I took the flat part that I used as an acetate sheet. With the help of the frame I cut out a part that allowed me to cover the photo.
3.- En cada círculo coloque pega escolar para descargar la escarcha, en este caso para evitar este paso pueden usar foami escarchado; no tenía ese recurso por eso aproveché lo que tenía.
3.- On each circle I put school glue to unload the frost, in this case to avoid this step you can use frosted foami; I didn't have that resource so I took advantage of what I had.
4.- Sobre los dibujos que recorté de la tarjeta pegué una foto y decoré con lentejuelas; en este punto, con la lámina del refresco saqué el arbolito.

5.- Pegué dos de los pedazos plásticos dejando una abertura para meter la foto y por el lado del dibujo agregué un poco de escarcha.

6.- Le puse las dos circunferencias con silicón frío y lo pisé con algo pesado para que soldara.

Proceso de la guirnalda / Wreath process
1.- Cortar un pedazo del cordón de yute del tamaño del marco y varias tiras de foami de unos 4 cms de ancho tomando el largo de la parte más larga de la lámina de foami. Hacer cortes a la tira.
1.- Cut a piece of jute cord the size of the frame and several strips of foami about 4 cm wide, taking the length of the longest part of the foami sheet. Make cuts on the strip.
2.- Enrollar alrededor del cordón e ir pegando con silicón, puedes usar el frío o el caliente, como deseen. Al terminar, pasar la guirnalda por la plancha caliente para termoformar, pasando la mano para doblarlas un poco hacia afuera.
2.- Wrap around the cord and glue with silicone, you can use cold or hot, as they wish. When finished, pass the garland through the hot iron for thermoforming, using your hand to bend them outwards a little.
Final del proyecto / End of the project
1.- Pegar la guirnalda por el borde del marco.
1.- Glue the garland around the edge of the frame.
2.- Adornar con un lazo y pegar las esferas con una tira de cinta roja.
2.- Decorate with a ribbon and glue the spheres with a strip of red ribbon.
