Hoy es Sábado y ando corriendo por todos lados porque ya estoy haciendo mis maletas ¡por fiinnnnnnnn! la verdad estoy muy emocionada y ustedes saben todo lo que he anhelado esta fecha; aun así sigo trabajando en mis proyectos favoritos que son las manualidades, la verdad no podía irme sin dejar mi participación en el concurso y a su vez despedirme no sin antes agradecer a cada una de estas personas maravillosas de #HiveDIY quienes tuvieron la gentileza de recibirme y apoyarme desde el primer día.
Como les dije ando corriendo así que hoy no puedo escribir mucho, creo que ya mucho de lo que siento esta dicho en mis anteriores post, pero aquí les dejo mi participación para el New contest: 💄 Cosmetics holder 💄. Winners of the previous contest., Se trata de una cartuchera para guardar mi maquillaje y esta tejida en la técnica de crochet.
La verdad es que no soy persona de maquillarme mucho, pero si tengo unas cuantas pinturas y bases para tapar un poco las manchas de la cara. Me gusta también darle un poco de brillo a los labios así que eso no puede faltar en mi porta cosméticos. Como dije al principio este está hecho para mí, me gusta mucho la combinación del color, el tamaño, todo.
En cuanto a la técnica es muy básica, así que cualquiera de ustedes la puede realizar, solo debe animarse a tomar una aguja y de seguro les quedara muy bien.
Materiales que vamos a utilizar:
En esta cartuchera solo utilicé 50 gramos de hilo de varios colores, era una hebra resistente por lo que la cartuchera quedó firme. También utilicé un cierre, tela de forro y aguja de tejer #3 milímetros.
1ra Vuelta: Para una cesta colgante de tamaño mediano empezamos tejiendo 48 cadenetas más una cadeneta que equivale a nuestro primer punto bajo, continuamos tejiendo puntos bajos por toda la vuelta hasta terminar.
2da Vuelta: Tejemos 3 cadenetas que equivalen a un punto alto, ahora vamos a poner toda nuestra atención en esta parte, vamos a tejer un punto alto saltando un punto de la base, luego volvemos a tomar hebra para tejer un punto alto en el punto de base que saltamos anteriormente. Esto nos hará tejer un punto en forma de X, repetimos el mismo proceso de la X hasta terminar la vuelta con un punto alto en el último punto de base. Es por eso que debes tejer desde el principio cadenetas que sean número par.
3ra Vuelta: Tejemos nuevamente un punto bajo en cada punto de base. Continuamos tejiendo la misma serie como se nota en la imagen hasta obtener el mismo tamaño deseado de la cartuchera. Luego unimos los laterales y realizamos un forro con cierre que luego introduciremos dentro de la cartuchera para coser con aguja e hilo haciendo puntadas rectas para que esté bien seguro que no se va a descocer.
La decoración queda a tu gusto, yo le coloqué una flor tejida en la misma técnica de crochet y un pompón para alar el cierre, pero ustedes le pueden colocar cintas, perlas o lo que más les guste.
Resultado final
Bien amigos, espero que les haya gustado; como les dije es fácil de hacerla. También la pueden cambiar lo que ustedes gusten, por ejemplo sino la quieren hacer con cierre entonces le pueden hacer una solapa tejida en la misma técnica.

As I said I'm running around so I can't write much today, I think that much of what I feel is already said in my previous posts, but here I leave you my participation for the New contest: 💄 Cosmetics holder 💄. Winners of the previous contest, It is a pencil case to keep my makeup and it is knitted in crochet technique.
The truth is that I'm not a makeup person, but I do have a few paints and foundations to cover a little bit the spots on my face. I also like to give a little shine to my lips, so this is a must in my cosmetic bag. As I said at the beginning this one is made for me, I really like the color combination, the size, everything.
As for the technique it is very basic, so any of you can do it, you just have to dare to take a needle and for sure it will look great.
Materials we will use:
In this pencil case I only used 50 grams of yarn of various colors, it was a sturdy strand so the pencil case stayed firm. I also used a zipper, lining fabric and #3 millimeter knitting needle.
1st Row: For a medium sized hanging basket we start by weaving 48 chains plus one chain which equals our first single crochet, we continue weaving single crochet all the way around until we finish.
2nd Row: We knit 3 chains which is equivalent to a high stitch, now we are going to put all our attention on this part, we are going to knit a high stitch by skipping a stitch from the base, then we pick up yarn again to knit a high stitch in the base stitch we skipped previously. This will make us knit a stitch in the form of an X, we repeat the same process of the X until we finish the round with a high stitch in the last base stitch. That is why you must knit from the beginning chain stitches that are even numbered.
3rd Row: We knit again a single crochet in each ground stitch.
*We continue knitting the same series as shown in the image until we get the same size as the desired size of the pencil case. Then we join the sides and make a lining with a zipper that we will introduce inside the pencil case to sew with needle and thread making straight stitches so that it is sure that it will not fall apart.
The decoration is up to your taste, I placed a flower knitted in the same crochet technique and a pompom to lengthen the closure, but you can place ribbons, pearls or whatever you like.
Final result
Well friends, I hope you liked it; as I told you it is easy to make it. You can also change it as you like, for example if you don't want to make it with a zipper then you can make a woven flap in the same technique.
