Hola queridos amigos artesanos de esta prestigiosa comunidad, es un placer para mí pasar nuevamente por aquí para compartirles una de mis más recientes creaciones. Ya sabemos todos los hivers que se acerca el día de la madre en muchos países del mundo 🌍 por lo que en varias comunidades se están promoviendo dinámicas, retos y concursos para celebrar este gran día.

El día de hoy voy a dejarles una propuesta de regalo 🎁 para esas madres hermosas, guerreras, valientes, excelentes jefes de hogar, amorosas y buenas administradoras 🤗 las MADRES VENEZOLANAS. Para todas un merecido abrazo 🤗 deseando que hoy, mañana y todos los días sea para ustedes muy especial. Ojalá que sus hijos, nietos, esposos, nueras, amigas o cualquier otra persona que las quiera le entregue una maceta tan linda como estas que he realizado para regalar a mis madres consentidas, las más allegadas y a las que más quiero.

Hello dear artisan friends of this prestigious community, it is a pleasure for me to stop by again to share with you one of my most recent creations. We all know that Mother's Day is approaching in many countries around the world 🌍 so in several communities are promoting dynamics, challenges and contests to celebrate this great day.

Today I am going to leave you a gift proposal 🎁 for those beautiful mothers, warriors, brave, excellent heads of households, loving and good administrators 🤗 the VENEZOLAN MOTHERS. For all of you a well deserved hug 🤗 wishing that today, tomorrow and every day will be for you very special. I hope that your children, grandchildren, husbands, daughters-in-law, friends or any other person who loves you will give you a pot as beautiful as these that I have made to give to my spoiled mothers, the closest and the ones I love the most.

MATERIALES/MATERIALS.

• Flores tejidas previamente elaboradas.
• Hilos pabilos.
• Aguja de crochet de 2,25mm.
• Aguja lanera.
• Algodón sintético.
• Pegamento.
• Cartón reciclado.
• Granos de arvejas.
• Tijeras.

• Pre-woven flowers.
• Wick yarns.
• Crochet needle of 2,25mm.
• Wool needle.
• Synthetic cotton.
• Glue.
• Recycled cardboard.
• Pea grains.
• Scissors.

PASO A PASO/STEP BY STEP.

• En este paso a paso vamos a empezar explicando cómo elaboré un nuevo modelo de maceta. Es más grande que las anteriores que he realizado y el acabado final es muy bonito y decorativo.
• La maceta puede ser de cualquier color de hilo. Iniciamos con 6pb dentro de un anillo mágico. Luego tejemos 6aum de pb. Inmediatamente haremos crecer en círculo perfecto hasta obtener 36 puntos bajos.
• Para dar altura a la maceta 🪴 vamos a tejer en BLO la siguiente vuelta (7), significa que solo vamos a tomar el bucle de atrás del punto.
• Luego subimos 9 vueltas de 36 puntos bajos.
• En la vuelta que sigue tejemos en FLO , es decir tomando solo el bucle de adelante del punto.
• La última vuelta la vamos a tejer con punto cangrejo, es decir tejemos el punto bajo, pero hacía la derecha en vez de a la izquierda del tejido (si eres diestra como yo).

• In this step by step we are going to start explaining how I made a new model of flowerpot. It is bigger than the previous ones I have made and the final finish is very nice and decorative.
• The pot can be of any color of yarn. We start with 6pb inside a magic ring. Then we weave 6aum of pb. Immediately we will grow in perfect circle until we get 36 low stitches.
• To give height to the pot 🪴 we will knit in BLO the next round (7), it means we will take only the back loop of the stitch.
• Then we go up 9 rows of 36 low stitches.
• In the next row we knit in FLO, it means that we are going to knit only the front loop of the stitch.
• The last row we are going to knit with crab stitch, that is, we knit the single crochet, but to the right instead of to the left (if you are right-handed like me).

• Una vez que terminamos de tejer la vuelta cangrejo 🦀, cortamos el hilo y escondemos la hebra.
• Tomamos el trozo de cartón, marcamos y cortamos un círculo del tamaño del interior de la maceta. Le colocamos un poco de pegamento y lo metemos dentro. Para que se fije bien podemos apoyarlo con una botella o frasco del mismo tamaño.
• Con el hilo color marrón vamos a tejer otro círculo perfecto igual al que tejimos en la base de la maceta 🪴. Después del punto deslizado dejamos el hilo largo y luego lo cortamos. Con este hilo vamos a coser esta pieza a la maceta.
• Antes de coser la pieza marrón primero rellenamos la maceta con algodón sintético, granos de arvejas y después más algodón. Tal como ves en las siguientes imágenes 👇🏽

• Once we finish weaving the crab lap 🦀, we cut the yarn and hide the strand.
• We take the piece of cardboard, mark and cut a circle the size of the inside of the pot. We put some glue on it and put it inside. To fix it well we can support it with a bottle or jar of the same size.
• With the brown thread we are going to knit another perfect circle the same as the one we knitted in the base of the pot 🪴. After the slipped stitch we leave the yarn long and then cut it. With this yarn we are going to sew this piece to the flower pot.
• Before sewing the brown piece we first fill the pot with synthetic cotton, pea grains and then more cotton. As you can see in the following images 👇🏽

• Una vez que cosimos y terminamos de rellenar la maceta 🪴 pasamos el tallo de la flor por en medio de la pieza marrón, si es necesario colocamos pegamento. También podemos introducir el tallo y la flor en la pieza marrón antes de comenzar a coser, como se les haga más cómodo y fácil.
• Estas macetas son sencillas y muy bonitas. Elaboradas con hilos de algodón, palito de altura y cinta de floristería.
• Así es como queda esta hermosa maceta con su linda florecita.

• Once we sew and finish filling the pot 🪴 we pass the flower stem through the middle of the brown piece, if necessary we put glue. We can also insert the stem and the flower in the brown piece before starting to sew, as it is more comfortable and easy for you.
• These pots are simple and very pretty. Made with cotton threads, stick height and florist ribbon.
• This is how this beautiful pot with its pretty little flower looks like.
