Hola estimados amigos de Hivediy, espero que estén pasando una linda y productiva semana. Por aquí ya casi finalizando algunos pendientes. Hoy les quiero presentar un nuevo diseño de tapete redondo tejido a crochet. Me gustó mucho tejerlo porque son cinco vueltas nada más para formar este hermoso modelo.
Me motivó leer el comentario de una compañera hiver, me contó que su abuelita tejía tapetes también. Entonces dije, haré varios modelos más de tapetes pequeños redondos, todavía hay mucha gente que los usa y son muy decorativos.
Me gustaría aclarar que este modelo está tejido con hilos pabilos, pero para que el acabado sea más delicado te sugiero usar hilo de algodón mercerizado, es más costoso, pero los tapetes se ven hermosos.
Hello dear friends of Hivediy, I hope you are having a nice and productive week. I'm almost finished with some pending projects. Today I want to present you a new design of a round crochet knitted rug. I really enjoyed crocheting it because there are only five loops to make this beautiful pattern.
I was motivated when I read the comment of a fellow hiver, she told me that her grandmother also knitted rugs. So I said, I will make several more models of small round rugs, there are still many people who use them and they are very decorative.
I would like to clarify that this model is woven with pabilo yarns, but for a more delicate finish I suggest using mercerized cotton yarn, it is more expensive, but the rugs look beautiful.

Materiales/Materials
💕 Hilos pabilos.
❣️ Aguja de crochet de 2,50mm.
💕 Tijeras.
💕 Wick threads.
❣️ 2.50mm crochet hook.
💕 Scissors.

Procedimiento/Procedure
❣️ Para empezar este bello diseño de tapete vamos a utilizar el hilo pabilo color negro. Los colores son de tu elección, puedes tejerlo combinado o unicolor.
💕 Teje 6 cadenas para formar el círculo de inicio.
❣️ Dentro del círculo levanta 24 puntos altos.
💕 Cierra esta parte del tejido con 1 punto deslizado, corta el hilo y lo escondes detrás del tejido.
❣️ To start this beautiful mat design we are going to use the black wick yarn. The colors are of your choice, you can weave it combined or unicolor.
💕 Knit 6 chains to form the starting circle.
❣️ Inside the circle pick up 24 high stitches.
💕 Close this part of the knitting with 1 slipped stitch, cut the yarn and hide it behind the knitting.
❣️ Ahora toma el otro color de hilo, en mi caso usé el amarillo. Si vas a tejerlo de un solo color de hilo no es necesario que cortes el hilo después de tejer los 24 puntos altos.
💕 Vas a tejer ocho grupos de puntos altos distribuidos así: 2pa-1c-2pa dentro de un mismo punto. Luego cuentas dos puntos de base y en el tercero haces otra vez la secuencia. Así harás hasta tener los ocho grupos.
❣️ Now take the other color of yarn, in my case I used yellow. If you are going to knit it in one yarn color you don't need to cut the yarn after knitting the 24 high stitches.
💕 You are going to knit eight groups of high stitches distributed like this: 2pa-1c-2pa within one stitch. Then you count two base stitches and in the third one you knit the sequence again. You will do this until you have all eight groups.
💕 Vas a repetir el grupo de dos puntos altos separados por 1c, los vas a tejer dentro de la cadena o del espacio que se ve de los grupos anteriores.
❣️ Luego tejes 1c-1pa-1c para pasar de nuevo a tejer el siguiente grupo. Guíate por la foto que te muestro.
💕 You are going to repeat the group of two high stitches separated by 1c, you are going to knit them inside the chain or the space seen from the previous groups.
❣️ Then you knit 1c-1pa-1c to go back to knit the next group. Follow the picture I show you.
❣️ Como puedes ver los grupos de dos pa separados por 1c se van a repetir por todas las vueltas, lo diferente se hará sobre ese punto que trajiste y sobre él se harán los aumentos para que crezca el tapete.
💕 Siempre separando por 1c teje 2 puntos altos sobre el pa de la vuelta anterior. Repite el grupo de 2pa-1c-2pa.
❣️ As you can see the groups of two stitches separated by 1c are going to be repeated for all the rows, the different will be done over that stitch that you brought and over it the increases will be done to make the mat grow.
💕 Always separating by 1c knit 2 high stitches over the pa of the previous round. Repeat the group of 2pa-1c-2pa.
💕 Ahora teje en la parte de los aumentos 4pa separados por 1c. Vas a tejer dos por fuera, sobre los puntos y dos por dentro del espacio de la cadena de la vuelta anterior. Repite el grupo de 2pa-1c-2pa.
💕 Now knit in the increases part 4pa separated by 1c. You are going to knit two on the outside, over the stitches and two on the inside of the chain space of the previous round. Repeat the group of 2pa-1c-2pa.
💕 Hasta ahí quedan tejidas las cinco vueltas del tapete. Me gusta del tamaño que quedó. Ideal para la repisa o peinadora. Casi siempre los uso sobre mi mesa de trabajo y después sobre la repisa de la sala. Son muy decorativos. Dime si te gusto este diseño.
💕 That's as far as the five loops of the mat are knitted. I like the size it turned out. Perfect for the mantel or comb. I almost always use them on my work table and then on the mantel in the living room. They are very decorative. Let me know if you like this design.
