Greetings dear friends of this dear community, wishing that you have had a happy weekend and that this week is of much benefit for all your projects, here we are again to share with you the realization of a magnificent piece of sewing as a panty, that for this piece I have chosen two fabrics a smooth lycra and the other a lycra lace.

A small piece of cotton, flannel fabric
Black sewing thread

Saludos estimados amigos de esta querida comunidad, deseando que hayan tenido un feliz fin de semana y que esta semana sea de mucho provecho para todos sus proyectos, por aquí estamos nuevamente para compartirles la realización de una magnífica pieza de costura como es un panty, que para esta pieza he escogido dos telas una licra lisa y la otra una blonda licrada.

Step by step

Step 1

We cut the pieces according to the patterns, i.e. the back part we cut in smooth lycra, the front part in lycra lace, the crotch in smooth lycra and the lining of the crotch in flannel fabric.

El Paso a paso

Paso 1

Cortamos las piezas de acuerdo a los patrones, es decir son la parte trasera que la corte en licra lisa, la parte delantera en blonda licrada, la entrepierna en licra lisa y el forro de la entrepierna en tela de franela.

Step 2

We sew the crotch with its lining to the back first and then to the front, with a plain stitch.

Paso 2

Cosemos la entrepierna con su forro a la parte trasera primeramente y luego a la parte delantera, con puntada lisa.

Step 3

Sew the sides of the panty with a flat stitch Sew the sides of the panty with a short zigzag stitch.

Paso 3

Cosemos los laterales del panty con puntada de zig-zag corta.

Step 4

We place the elastic on the legs taking care that they have the same length for both legs, and then the elastic on the waist, when we are going to place the elastic we are going to fold one towards the back side where the elastic is placed so that those folds are under the elastic; the elastic is placed with a stitch called zig-zag of three stitches, which is the stitch that I indicate in the photograph.

Paso 4

Colocamos el elástico en las piernas teniendo cuidado que tengan el mismo largo para ambas piernas, y luego el elástico en la cintura, cuando vamos a colocar el elástico vamos doblando una hacia la parte del revés donde se coloca el elástico de tal manera que quede esos dobleces debajo del elástico; los elásticos se colocan con una puntada llamada zig-zag de tres puntadas, que es la puntada que les indico en la fotografía.
