Hello to the whole Hive Diy community! Welcome to a new content. Today I come with a craft that I personally liked a lot, and is that in two days we will be entering the month of December, the month of Christmas. Therefore, I wanted to make a nice Card for Hive wishing you a Merry Christmas. In this way, I made use of materials that I had already bought before, adding to this some scraps of kilo cardboard. Without further ado, I hope you can enjoy and take the opportunity to make it at home and give it as a gift to your loved one. Here are the materials and step by step.

¡Hola a toda la comunidad de Hive Diy! Bienvenidos a un nuevo contenido. Hoy vengo con una manualidad que en lo personal me gustó muchísimo, y es que ya en dos días estaremos entrando al mes de Diciembre, el mes de la navidad. Por ello, quise llevar a cabo la realización de una linda tarjeta para Hive deseándoles una Feliz navidad. De esta forma, hice uso de materiales que ya había comprado con anterioridad, sumado a esto algunos retasos de cartón kilo. Sin más que decir, espero y puedan disfrutar y aprovechar la ocasión de hacerlo en casa y obsequiarlo a ese ser amado. A continuación los materiales y paso a paso.

Materials to be used:

-A piece of cardboard kilo, the size you choose to your liking, in my case it was half of a white sheet.	-Un pedazo de cartón kilo, el tamaño lo elijes a tu gusto, en mi caso fue la mitad de una hoja blanca
-A white sheet of paper	-Una hoja blanca
-Red cold paint	-Pintura al frio rojo
-Pencil and black fine tip marker	-Lápiz y marcador punta fino negro
-Scissors	-Tijera
-Silicone	-Silicón

_{NOTE: You can use red cardboard, I used white sheets to paint them with the paint, because I didn't have the cardboard / NOTA: Puedes usar cartulina roja, utilicé hojas blancas para pintarlas con la pintura valga la reduncia, debido a que no contaba con la cartulina.}

Step by step

The first thing I did was to match up the kilo cardboard patchwork. Making use of pencil, ruler and scissors.

Lo primero que hice fue emparejar el retaso de cartón kilo. Haciendo uso de lápiz, regla y tijera.

I then proceeded to make Santa's Christmas hat, beard and nose. So, for the hat you will need to make the lower part in white, in my case I used a white sheet and the upper part which would be the red hat as such. On the other hand, for the beard you must cut twice the same drawing of the beard. We make the nose and that's it.

Después, procedí hacer el gorro de navidad, barba y nariz de Santa Claus. Por lo que, para el gorro necesitarás realizar la parte inferior de color blanco, en mi caso usé hoja blanca y la parte superior que sería el gorro rojo como tal. Por otro lado, para la barba debes cortar dos veces el mismo dibujo de la misma. Hacemos la nariz y listo.

For this step, we want our beard to have a nice effect as if one was on top of the other, for this, we cut three strips of cardboard, this time I made use of a recyclable box I had. Once cut we fold it like an accordion, so we glue it on our base (first beard) and then on top we place the next beard but this time it should be more upwards. As shown in the picture.

Para este paso, queremos que nuestra barba tenga un lindo efecto como si una estuviera encima de la otra, para ello, cortamos tres tiras de cartulina, en esta ocasión hice uso de una caja reciclable que tenía. una vez cortadas doblamos como un acordión, para así pegarla en nuestra base (primera barba) y luego encima colocamos la siguiente barba pero esta vez debe estar más hacia arriba. Tal cual como se observa en la imagen.

The next step is to shape our hat, so we glue the bottom part, and then the white pompom.

El siguiente paso consiste en darle forma a nuestro gorro, por lo que, pegamos la parte inferior, y luego el pompón blanco.

Finally, we give life to our card, starting by gluing the beard, then the beanie, write the text, draw the eyes, and that's it!

Por último, le damos vida a nuestra tarjeta, comenzando por pegar la barba, luego el gorrito, escribimos el texto, dibujamos los ojos. ¡Y culminado!
