Greetings everyone, I hope you had a great Power Up Day.
Last month was quite interesting for me, but for now I'm going to join you to this PUD party by showing you the Power Up I did.
You see, during the past month I managed to accumulate just over 500 HP, reaching almost 2600 HP in my account. Since I had a few liquid hive, I did a Power Up and reached a total of 2625 HP.

El mes pasado fue bastante interesante para mi, pero por ahora voy a unirme a ustedes a esta fiesta de PUD mostrándoles el Power Up que hice.
Verán, durante el mes pasado logré acumular poco más de 500 HP, alcanzando casi los 2600 HP en mi cuenta. Como tenía unos cuántos hive líquido, hice Power Up y llegué a un total de 2625 HP.
In addition to today's Power Up, I'd like to tell you about a couple of things I accomplished last month.
I had been working towards a couple of things that I really wanted to accomplish and they were these two badges, the Power Up Month badge and the Monthly Author Badge.
I am pleased to announce that I achieved both of these badges, they really are two goals for me because I managed to accomplish them with a lot of hard work and it is a great satisfaction to add these achievements to my Hivebuzz medallion.
Además del Power Up del día de hoy, me gustaría comentarles un par de cosas que logré el mes pasado.
Había estado trabajando para un par de cosas que realmente deseaba lograr y fueron estas dos insignidas, la insignia del Power Up Month y la Insignia del Monthly Author.
Me complace anunciarles que logré las dos insignias, la verdad para mi son dos metas porque logré cumplirlas con mucho esfuerzo y es una satisfacción añadir estos logros a mi medallero de Hivebuzz.

I achieved a lot of interesting posts, I felt really good trying to put my creativity to the fullest making these posts and I must confess that it was a great opportunity to have made all these badges, besides accumulating great HP along the way.

July's little protective bee
It has become a tradition for me to make a little bee with a different theme each month.
Last month I made a little bee with a honey jar, but for today I will share with you a protective bee.
Materials
- Plasticine
- Wire
- Knitting and sewing needle
Abejita protectora de Julio
Para mi se ha convertido en tradición hacer una pequeña abejita con distintas temáticas cada mes. El mes pasado hice una abejita con un tarro de miel, pero para el día de hoy les compartiré una abejita protectora.
Materiales
- Plastilina
- Alambre
- Aguja de tejer y coser
The skeleton I made for this little bee can be seen in the image above. It is a good and complete skeleton even though it is a small figurine.
Once the skeleton is ready I start to cover it with plasticine. First I use a little bit of black and then I add yellow plasticine on the abdomen part.
El esqueleto que hice para esta abejita lo pueden ver en la imagen de arriba. Es un esqueleto bueno y completo a pesar de que es una figurita pequeña.
Una vez listo el esqueleto comienzo a cubrirla con plastilina. Primero uso un poco de negro y luego agrego plastilina amarilla en la parte del abdomen.

Like any bee, I continue adding more black and yellow plasticine, interspersing colors on the abdomen until I achieve the characteristic shape of the bee's abdomen.
Como toda abeja, continúo agregando más plastilina negra y amarilla, intercalando colores en el abdomen hasta lograr la forma característica del abdomen de las abejas.
The idea is that the abdomen serves as a support together with the long legs of the bee, so that it can stand up.
However, I made a separation between each color, as shown in the image on the right, so that the separation of each color is more noticeable.
I also placed the bee's chest, as shown in the image on the right.
La idea es que el abdomen sirva de soporte junto con las patas largas de la abeja, para que esta pueda ponerse de pie.
Sin embargo, le hice una separación entre cada color, tal como se observa en la imagen de la derecha, esto para que sea más remarcada la separación de cada color.
También le coloqué el pecho a la abeja, como también se ve en la imagen de la derecha

With a little darker yellow plasticine, almost orange, I made some small lines around the abdomen and chest.
As you can see, I also covered the bottom legs of the little bee with black clay.
Con plastilina amarilla un poco más oscura, casi de color naranja, hice unas pequeñas líneas alrededor del abdomen y el pecho.
Como pueden ver, también cubrí con plastilina negra las patas de abajo de la abejita.
I made the rest of the legs and put them on as well, only these legs go on the chest and not so close to the abdomen.
Hice el resto de las piernas y las puse también, sólo que estas piernas van sobre el pecho y no tan cerca del abdomen.

Finally I made two triangles, the one on the head and the one on the neck. The one on the neck is like a pile of fur that I made as decoration for the bee.
Finalmente hice dos triángulos, el de la cabeza y el del cuello. El del cuello es como un montón de pelaje que le hice de decoración a la abeja.

This is the last assembly of these two pieces to finally complete the body of the bee, which is complete with these two pieces and the pair of wings that I also placed.
Este es el último armado de estas dos piezas para completar finalmente el cuerpo de la abeja, el cual está completo con estas dos piezas y el par de alas que también le coloqué.

As I said at the beginning, she is a protective bee, so she carries with her a sack full of little baby bees.
To make this sack I used brown play dough, which I stretched to give it that sack shape, as seen in the image below.
Como dije al comienzo, es una abeja protectora, así que lleva consigo un saco repleto de pequeñas abejas bebé.
Para hacer este saco usé plastilina marrón, el cual estiré para darle esa forma de saco, tal como se ve en la imagen de abajo.

For the baby bees I only used small plasticine spheres that I placed inside the bag.
Para las abejas bebé solo usé pequeñas esferas de plastilina que coloqué dentro del saco.

I attached eyes and antennae to each different colored baby bee and placed them in the bag all together and squeezed together.
A cada abejita bebé de colores distintos les coloqué ojos y antenitas; además, las coloqué en el saco todas juntas y apretujadas.
This way the figurines were finished. Below is a series of photographs of the final result.
De esta manera las figuritas quedaron terminadas. A continuación una serie de fotografías del resultado final.
