Greetings to all my beautiful people of this great community Hive, today I want to share something I saw and I thought it was interesting to share with others, we as many families in Venezuela do not have a decent drinking water service in our homes, so we are forced to buy water and drinking water, its taste leaves much to be said.
En algunas comunidades desde su fundación han contado con agua de pozo y en esta comunidad en particular una familia hace poco más de un año colocó una toma hacia la calle para que las demás personas pudieran llevar el preciado líquido a sus hogares.
In some communities since their foundation they have had well water and in this particular community a family a little more than a year ago placed an intake to the street so that other people could bring the precious liquid to their homes.
Anteriormente ellos daban agua por un costado de su casa que queda justo al final de una escalera en una pequeña loma, el esfuerzo físico de las personas al subir las escaleras y luego bajarlas con los bidones de agua lleno era algo agotador, por lo que está familia tomó la decisión de sacar esta toma de agua desde el patio de su casa hacia la vía principal así no tendrían que subir y bajar escaleras.
Previously they used to get water from the side of their house which is right at the bottom of a staircase on a small hill, the physical effort of people going up the stairs and then down with full water cans was exhausting, so this family decided to take this water intake from the courtyard of their house to the main road so they would not have to go up and down stairs.
Este día en particular que le íbamos a llevar agua a una de mis tía que por motivos de salud de mi tío y la distancia no pueden acceder al preciado liquido por lo que nosotros nos comprometimos a llevarles semanalmente 7 bidones de agua, al llegar a hacer la cola para poder llenarlos me llamo la atención la creatividad de una chica, que con mangas de pantalones hizo bolsos para cada envase y a cada envase le perforó la tapa y le colocó un cordón para evitar extraviarlo.

Ella tiene un bidón de 18 litros en una cesta y en rededor de la cesta tiene los bolsos con sus envases al igual que en el manubrio de la misma, algo que tenemos los venezolanos, quizás para bien o para mal es que en las malas situaciones sacamos lo mejor de nosotros, juzgue cada quien según su condición.

Lo bueno de todo es que cada vez que vamos a buscar agua tenemos la oportunidad de compartir con personas diferentes, algunas veces son todos callados y otras veces son amigables y conversadores en este último caso la espera se hace agradable, para nosotros es un placer poder ayudar a mi tía y así aligerar un poco su carga. También el poder compartir un poco con ellos y sentir ese calorcito de familia que tanta falta nos hace.
The good thing is that every time we go to fetch water we have the opportunity to share with different people, sometimes they are all quiet and other times they are friendly and talkative in the latter case the wait is pleasant, for us it is a pleasure to help my aunt and thus lighten her load a little. Also to be able to share a little with them and feel that warmth of family that we need so much.
