¡Saludos querida comunidad! El día de hoy comparto con ustedes un tutorial para realizar un lindo collar de aguacate con la técnica de macramé, la idea surgió al encontrar la imagen de pixel art en Pinterest y pensé que se vería lindo en un collar porque a la mayoría de las personas les gusta el aguacate, además me pareció muy tierno que el centro de la semilla tuviera la forma de un corazón. Greetings, dear community! Today I'm sharing a tutorial for making a cute avocado necklace using the macrame technique. The idea came to me when I found the pixel art image on Pinterest, and I thought it would look lovely on a necklace because most people love avocados. Plus, I thought it was adorable that the center of the seed was shaped like a heart. I hope you like it!

Materiales / Materials

• Hilo acrílico para crochet de 1mm: rosado, verde oscuro, verde claro, amarillo claro, beige y marrón.
• Cordón de hilo chino
• Tabla con gancho
• 2 pinzas para ropa
• Tijera
• Regla
• Encendedor

• 1mm acrylic crochet yarn: pink, dark green, light green, light yellow, beige, and brown.
• Chinese cord
• Board
• 2 clothespins
• Scissors
• Ruler
• Lighter

Proceso / Process

Como les dije al inicio este pixel art que usé como patrón lo conseguí en Pinterest, solo tuve que recortar la imagen para obtener un tamaño adecuado para el collar, dejando como resultado 16 columnas de cuadro que equivalen a 16 hilos guía y 20 filas que corresponden a las 20 hileras de nudos que se harán para completar la figura.

As I mentioned at the beginning, I got this pixel art that I used as a pattern from Pinterest. I just had to crop the image to get a suitable size for the necklace, resulting in 16 square columns that correspond to 16 guide threads and 20 rows that correspond to the 20 rows of knots that will be made to complete the figure.

Para comenzar se corta 70 cm de hilo chino, tomar un extremo y hacer un nudo corredizo envolviendo el extremo opuesto, hacer lo mismo con el otro extremo, quemar las puntas con el encendedor, de ese modo se obtiene la base del collar ajustable, el cual se puede ampliar y reducir para pasar por la cabeza sin problema y ajustarse al cuello de la persona. Rodear la tabla con el collar y sujetar con las pinzas paras ropa.

To begin, cut 70 cm of Chinese thread, take one end and make a slipknot by wrapping it around the opposite end, do the same with the other end, and burn the ends with a lighter. This creates the base of the adjustable collar, which can be lengthened or shortened to fit comfortably over the head and around the neck. Wrap the collar around the board and secure it with clothespins.

Con el hilo rosado cortar 8 hebras de 28cm, tomar las hebras por la mitad y anudarlas al centro del collar, tal como se muestra en las imágenes, agregar el hilo anudador de color de fondo sujetándolo con el gancho de la tabla.

With the pink thread, cut 8 strands of 28cm, take the strands in the middle and knot them in the center of the necklace, as shown in the images, add the knotting thread of background color securing it with the hook on the board.

Proceder a hacer las hileras de nudos en correspondencia al patrón donde cada cuadro representa un nudo, agregar los hilos anudadores de otros colores según se vayan necesitando sujetándolos en el gancho de la tabla, los nudos se hacen cuando el hilo anudador envuelve dos veces cada uno de los hilos guía de izquierda a derecha en la primera hilera y de derecha a izquierda en la segunda y así sucesivamente, los cambios de color de hilo anudador se hacen cruzando las hebras por detrás.

Proceed to make the rows of knots according to the pattern where each square represents a knot, add the knotting threads of other colors as needed, attaching them to the hook on the board. The knots are made when the knotting thread wraps twice around each of the guide threads from left to right in the first row and from right to left in the second, and so on. Changes in the color of the knotting thread are made by crossing the strands behind.

Al terminar las 20 hileras de nudos separar los hilos guía en 4 partes, hacer 4 nudos y cortar los hilos excedentes, cortar y esconder los hilos anudadores por detrás. No es obligatorio, pero recomiendo planchar a temperatura baja para obtener un resultado más prolijo.

After completing the 20 rows of knots, separate the guide threads into 4 sections, make 4 knots, and cut off the excess threads. Cut and hide the knotting threads behind the fabric. It's not mandatory, but I recommend ironing at a low temperature for a neater result.
