Saludos querida comunidad de los artesanos, hace un tiempo que personas cercanas me han estado sugiriendo que cree algunas cosas con la imagen de Stitch porque es un personaje muy popular, no dudo que esto sea cierto porque es muy adorable y se que le gusta tanto a los niños como a los adultos, asi que hoy comparto con ustedes un tutorial para elaborar un llavero en la técnica de macramé con la figura del icónico Stitch. Greetings, dear crafting community! For some time now, people close to me have been suggesting I create some things with Stitch's image because he's such a popular character. I have no doubt this is true because he's so adorable and I know that both children and adults love him. So today I'm sharing with you a tutorial for making a macrame keychain featuring the iconic Stitch. I hope you like it! 🥰

Materiales / Materials

• Hilo acrílico para crochet: fucsia, azul medio, azul claro, negro, rosado y blanco
• Gancho para llavero
• Tabla con gancho
• Regla
• Tijera

• Acrylic crochet yarn: fuchsia, medium blue, light blue, black, pink, and white
• Keyring hook
• Crochet hook board
• Ruler
• Scissors

Proceso / Process

Para este trabajo usé como guía una imagen de pixel art que encontré en Pinterest , no tuve que hacer ningún recorte o modificación porque tanto el tamaño como los colores se asustaban al proyecto, solo que para el fondo en lugar de blanco usé hilo fucsia. Esta imagen o patrón consta de 26 columnas de cuadros los cual indica que se necesitan 26 hilos guías, mientras que las 25 filas de cuadros correspondían al número de hileras de nudos.

For this project, I used a pixel art image I found on Pinterest as a guide. I didn't have to crop or modify it because both the size and colors were already suitable for the project. The only difference was that I used fuchsia yarn instead of white for the background. This image or pattern consists of 26 columns of squares, which means 26 guide threads are needed, while the 25 rows of squares correspond to the number of rows of knots.

Con el hilo fucsia cortar 13 hebras de 15 cm, tomar las hebras por la mitad y anudarlas al gancho para llavero, de este modo se obtendrán los 26 hilos guía, sujetar el llavero al gacho de la tabla y sujetar también el hilo anudador del color de fondo.

With the fuchsia thread, cut 13 strands of 15 cm, take the strands in the middle and knot them to the keyring hook, in this way you will obtain the 26 guide threads, attach the keyring to the hook of the board and also attach the knotting thread of the background color.

Siguiendo la imagen donde cada cuadro corresponde a un nudo, hacer las hileras de nudos agregando los hilos anudadores de otros colores según se vayan necesitando, los nudos se hacen cuando el hilo anudador envuelve dos veces cada uno de los hilos guía, de izquierda a derecha a en las hileras impares y de derecha a izquierda en las hileras pares, es decir, que se hace una hilera de ida y la otra de vuelta como si fuese una impresora, para cambiar de color se cruzan los hilos anudadores por detrás.

Following the image where each square corresponds to a knot, make the rows of knots adding the knotting threads of other colors as needed. The knots are made when the knotting thread wraps twice around each of the guide threads, from left to right in the odd rows and from right to left in the even rows. That is, one row is made going and the other going back as if it were a printer. To change color, cross the knotting threads behind.

Al finalizar las 25 hileras de nudos, hacer una hilera adicional solo con el hilo del color del fondo. Separar en 4 grupos los hilos guía y hacer 4 nudos, cortar para emparejar las puntas y formar flecos, cortar y enconder por detrás los hilos anudadores.

After completing the 25 rows of knots, make an additional row using only the thread of the background color. Separate the guide threads into 4 groups and make 4 knots, cut to even out the ends and form fringe, cut and hide the knotting threads behind.
