Hi Hive Lovers
Sometimes we miss something valuable, including one of them is the development of our children's skills. We should always follow their development, it's like we know exactly when our little babies start to stand up, the first steps of their little feet and when they start walking smoothly without falling. If we do not pay attention, without us realizing they have been able to run fast to chase the butterflies that fly in the garden in front of our house.
This time, I really went through the skill development of my daughter who is just 10 years old. It's because lately, I've been really busy with my work, that I missed the chance to see her cute hands that have skillfully knitted yarn into something. I really don't know when and where she learned to knit. I don't even know where she got her yarn and needles from.
For girls, knitting is a mandatory skill in my family tradition. If it works, then it has become the best achievement at the age of 8-10 years. Knitting also includes training to hone a child's right brain, it is related to the development of a child's brain in girls, and it is a very important thing for a girl to become an adult.
Just now, my daughter showed me her first handcraft, I was astonished by the result. Absolutely perfect for her first knitting process. In the form of a small purse made of her favorite pink knitting yarn. I'm curious about the initial steps of the knitting process.
I really regret that I missed that first learning process and success. But I have apologized to her and managed to persuade her to make her second crochet. She was very happy and proudly showed me her favorite 3.5 mm knitting needle. She also took the white knitting thread and started knitting it.
But, she started "playing" with me, she objected to showing me the first step of knitting. It turned out that she was able to "read" my curiosity about his knitting ability. She said, "the hardest step in knitting is making the first knot. Let it be a ladies' secret". That makes me even more curious.
After a while, she started showing it to me, and it was already a spun about 10 cm long.
Here are photos of her first pink purse and her second crochet white just started;
When I asked what would to do this time? She kept it a secret again. Just wait for the results later, she said with a wink at me. I appreciate it as compensation for my apologies to her and I will really be waiting for the results.
I'm really sorry to have gone through such a valuable development and every opportunity we miss, can never be repeated a second time, right?
