I tried it with the first box I made and Plaster.
The big problem here was, that the box is one part, which makes it really difficult to take the Plaster out, after its hardened.
The result wasn't too bad and I became an idea how I could design the next mold.
Ich habe es nochmal mit der ersten Form und Gips versucht.
Das große Problem war, daß sich der Gips extrem schlecht ausformen ließ, da die Box aus einem Stück besteht.
Das Ergebnis war gar nicht so schlecht und ich hatte eine ungefähre Idee, wie ich die nächste Box gestalten könnte.
I seen somewhere, that you can easy build a mold out of 4 L - shaped profiles, so it's possible to adjust for the size you want and easy to take out.
Unfortunately in the end I had the same problem again, that the filigree part just broke off.
I than talked to a friend who had experience in mold making and he told me to try it with special Silicone.
So now I had collected some experience as well and ordered the Silicone and looking forward to make my first perfect Keyring.
Ich hatte irgendwo mal gesehen, daß man ganz einfach eine Form aus 4 L - formigen Profilen herstellen kann, diese lässt sich dann auf die richtige Größe einstellen und das ausformen ist auch sehr einfach.
Leider hatte ich am Ende wieder das selbe Problem, das die filigranen Teile in der Mitte einfach abbrechen.
Ich hatte dann mit einem Freund gesprochen, der Erfahrungen im Formbau hat und er riet mir es mit einem speziellen Silikon zu versuchen.
Nun konnte ich auch einige Erfahrungen sammeln und habe das Silikon bestellt und freue mich darauf meinen ersten perfekten Schlüsselanhänger herzustellen.
