Hello lovely DIY community friends.
We all want beautiful, strong, and silky hair. But due to dust, lack of proper hair care, and many other reasons, our hair often falls out or becomes damaged.
Today, I am going to share with you a natural hair pack that requires only three ingredients. If you use this hair pack twice a week, it will help reduce hair fall and repair hair damage. Along with that, I’ll also share some important tips that will help improve hair growth and keep hair healthy.
Ingredients needed:
Henna leaves
Aloe vera
Tea liquor
coconut oil
First, I picked fresh henna leaves from my plant, washed them thoroughly, and blended them. I also have plenty of aloe vera plants, so I picked some leaves and soaked them in water for 30 minutes. This is important because aloe vera contains a yellowish resin that can cause irritation or itching if not removed properly. After soaking and washing, I cut the aloe vera and store it in the freezer. When I make a hair pack, I defrost and blend it into a smooth paste.
Next, I blended the henna leaves and aloe vera together without adding water, because I used tea liquor instead. To prepare the tea liquor, I boiled tea leaves in water for a couple of minutes. You can also add cloves, as they are very beneficial for hair. Once the tea cools down, I mixed it with the aloe vera and henna paste.i use 1 spoon coconut oil And just like that, our natural hair pack is ready!

Shampooing tips:
For people with hair fall issues, it’s very important to shampoo correctly. Never apply shampoo directly to the scalp. Always mix a small amount of shampoo in a bowl of water before using. Also, make sure to wet your hair before shampooing.
For damaged hair, conditioner should be applied daily.
Shampooing 3 times a week is enough—washing daily can damage your hair.
Never shampoo without oiling or applying a hair pack first. Oiling your hair 2–3 hours before washing is ideal.
You can also oil your hair at night and shampoo the next morning.
Final thoughts:
Hair is a symbol of beauty for women. To maintain that beauty, we must take proper care of it. I have personally benefited a lot from this hair pack—my hair has become silkier, shinier, and healthier. New hair has also started growing, and my hair fall has reduced significantly.
