Espero que estén pasando un lindo martes!! ⭐ Tenía muchas ganas de volver a compartir con ustedes otro post de mi serie navideña, y esta vez les presento uno súper emocionante para mí, de verdad que he estado esperando este momento desde hace tiempo. Decoré el arbolito entre los días sábado y domingo. Me tenía bastante emocionada este año porque compré materiales para realizar la malla dorada del arbolito y también adquirí esas lindas flores rojas, que cuando las ví inmediatamente me enamoré de ellas, es que son demasiado bellas🤩. Yo en este post les comentaré como fue que lo armé y decoré. Espero que les guste mucho.
Hope you are having a nice Tuesday!!! ⭐ I really wanted to share with you again another post of my Christmas series, and this time I present you a super exciting one for me, I really have been waiting for this moment for a long time. I decorated the tree between Saturday and Sunday. I was quite excited this year because I bought materials to make the golden mesh of the tree and I also bought those pretty red flowers, when I saw them I immediately fell in love with them, they are just too beautiful🤩. I will tell you in this post how I put it together and decorated it, I hope you like it very much.
Lo primero que hice fue lavar el arbolito, desde el año pasado lo hago, porque aunque esté todo el año en su caja, igual se le acumula polvo en sus ramas. Entonces deje que cayera agua encima de cada parte (el árbol que tenemos en casa consta de tres partes), luego lo deje fuera de casa para que tomara sol y se secara. Después empecé a arreglar la primera parte, acomodé cada una de las ramas.
The first thing I did was to wash the tree, since last year I do it, because even if it is in its box all year long, dust accumulates on its branches. Then I let water fall on each part (the tree we have at home consists of three parts), then I left it outside the house to get sun and dry. Then I started to fix the first part, I arranged each of the branches.
Procedí a colocar la siguiente pieza y nuevamente volvemos a repetir el proceso con las ramas.
I proceeded to place the next piece and again repeat the process with the branches.
Luego coloqué la última pieza, y listo! Esto lo hice el sábado, dejé que se secara por completo ese día para proceder a decorarlo al día siguiente.
Then I placed the last piece, and that was it! I did this on Saturday, I let it dry completely that day to proceed to decorate it the next day.
El domingo empecé a colocarle las luces, este año usé 3 extensiones de luces al igual que el pasado, esta navidad solo compré un paquete de luces pero para la guirnalda.
On Sunday I started putting the lights on it, this year I used 3 strands of lights just like last year, this Christmas I only bought one pack of lights but for the garland.
Este paso puede ser el más emocionante para mí, porque nunca le había puesto ningún tipo de malla al arbolito, ví varios vídeos en internet para saber como usarla, (para hacer esta malla usé tela organza dorada y corté varias tiras, luego procedí a coser, y así fue como quedó). Empecé decorando desde arriba hacia abajo.
This step may be the most exciting for me, because I had never put any kind of mesh on the tree, I watched several videos on the internet to know how to use it, (to make this mesh I used gold organza fabric and cut several strips, then I proceeded to sew, and this is how it looked like). I started decorating from the top down.
Tenía un rollo de perlas artificiales doradas muy navideñas y las coloqué en el medio de la cinta.
I had a roll of very Christmassy gold artificial pearls and placed them in the middle of the ribbon.
Luego comencé a colgar los adornos, como por ejemplo, las flores rojas que compré y las esferas que tenía en casa, quería colocarle color morado y lo hice con esos colgantes escarchados.
Then I started hanging the decorations, for example, the red flowers I bought and the spheres I had at home, I wanted to put purple color and I did it with those frosted pendants.
Después colgué las decoraciones que yo había hecho este año y algunas que realicé también el año anterior, como el gnomo, la letra M, el Grinch...
Then I hung the decorations that I had made this year and some that I also made last year, such as the gnome, the letter M, the Grinch...
Ya casi para finalizar colocamos en la cima del árbol un angelito.
Almost at the end we placed a little angel at the top of the tree.
Adorné con unas cuantas espigas doradas que tenía en casa y coloqué el pie de árbol.
I decorated with a few golden spikes that I had at home and placed the tree stand.
Y así se ve en la noche este lindo árbol!! Yo cuando terminé y lo ví me emocioné completamente, es que me gustó muchísimoo, en persona se ve mucho mejor que en las fotos. Espero que a ustedes también les haya gustado, al igual que el 2021 les compartí el proceso, no quería dejar pasar la oportunidad y mostrarles el de este año. And this is what this beautiful tree looks like at night! When I finished it and saw it I was completely thrilled, I really liked it, in person it looks much better than in the pictures.
