Hoy les comparto una nueva idea de limpiapipas, y en esta ocasión se trata de una figura en forma de rata, inspirada en la carta de Splinterlands "ratas explosivas" me pareció interesante y divertido recrearla y es primera vez que hago este tipo de animalito en limpiapipas.
Today I'm sharing a new pipe cleaner idea, and this time it's a rat-shaped figure, inspired by the Splinterlands card "Explosive Rats." I thought it would be interesting and fun to recreate it, and it's the first time I've made this kind of little animal out of pipe cleaners.
Ya me quedaban pocos limpiapipas de color gris así que tuve que improvisar, pero aún así me alcanzó para rellenar toda la figura, al principio no estas tan seguro de como va a quedar pero siempre me termina gustando a medida que voy colocando los detalles, como siempre digo al realizar alguna figura, confiar en el proceso y ponerle cariño.
I only had a few gray pipe cleaners left, so I had to improvise, but I still managed to fill the whole figure. At first, you're not so sure how it's going to turn out, but I always end up liking it as I add the details. As I always say when making a figure, trust the process and put love into it.

Paso a paso / Step by step
El primer paso que voy a realizar será armar la base con papel o servilletas, cubierta con cinta adhesiva, trata de formar un rollito en dónde ambos extremos sea puntiagudo.
The first step I'm going to take is to assemble the base with paper or napkins, covered with adhesive tape, trying to form a roll where both ends are pointed.

Luego de esto voy a tomar los limpiapipas de color gris y voy a comenzar a cubrir desde la punta e iré progresando hasta ir cubriendo su totalidad, con el mismo limpiapipas hice ambas puntas más finas y su cuerpo en el centro será más relleno.
After this I'm going to take the gray pipe cleaners and start covering from the tip, progressing until I've covered the whole thing. With the same pipe cleaner, I made both tips thinner and the body in the center will be more filled.

Luego de esto voy a realizar las orejas, para ello realicé un círculo con limpiapipas blanco y lo cubri con sombra de color negro, en el centro coloqué un círculo de color marrón y luego con otro retazo de limpiapipas gris cubri el borde, esto porque ya no me quedaba de este color.
Para las patitas cortamos un pequeño trozo de limpiapipas color marrón y cubrimos con el gris hasta casi el borde, solo mostrando un poco de marrón, pegamos con silicón las patitas.

Next, I'll make the ears. I made a circle with white pipe cleaner and covered it with black eyeshadow. In the center, I placed a brown circle, and then I covered the edge with another piece of gray pipe cleaner, since I ran out of gray.
For the legs, I cut a small piece of brown pipe cleaner and covered it with gray almost to the edge, leaving just a little brown showing. I glued the legs on with hot glue.

Ahora en la cara coloqué otra capa muy pequeña de limpiapipas para que sea vea puntiaguda, hice su nariz con limpiapipas marrón y la cola la pegamos del mismo color.
Now on the face I placed another very small layer of pipe cleaners to make it look pointy, I made its nose with brown pipe cleaners and we glued on the tail of the same color.

Por último con limpiapipas negro voy a realizar dos círculos pequeñitos, sellamos el limpiapipas con un encendedor para rebajar la pelusa y pegamos, puedes colocar dos puntitos blancos en los ojitos.
Finally, with black pipe cleaners I'm going to make two small circles, seal the pipe cleaner with a lighter to reduce the fuzz and glue it on, you can place two white dots for the eyes.
