Celebro 4 años en Hive 🥳, les comparto una linda idea para hacer un almanaque 🥰❤️

Hoy me siento muy feliz, ya que cumplí 4 años compartiendo todos mis trabajos y ocurrencias en esta maravillosa Red social, esperando poder compartir muchísimos años más ❤️, y para continuar con mis trabajos quiero mostrarles una idea para hacer un lindo almanaque de mesa, con materiales de reciclaje y usando nuestra creatividad, acompáñame y te comparto el paso a paso:

Today I feel very happy, as I've been sharing all my work and ideas on this wonderful social network for 4 years now, hoping to share many more years together ❤️. To continue with my projects, I want to show you an idea for making a cute desk calendar with recycled materials and using our creativity. Join me and I'll share the step-by-step instructions:

Siempre me han gustado mucho los almanaques de mesa, pero este año no tuve la suerte de qué me dieran alguno en los negocios donde frecuento, o por lo menos siempre esperamos que alguien nos los obsequie 🤭, pero lo bueno es que sí me dieron almanaques tipo afiches grandes en los cuales están todos los meses completos de este nuevo año 2026, así que tuve la idea de hacer un lindo almanaque de mesa reutilizando este lindo almanaque-afiche,
así que manos a la obra, aquí les dejo la lista de materiales a utilizar.

• carton
• cartulina de colores variados
• Tijeras
• Regla
• Almanaque en el que tengamos a disposición todos los meses o podemos hacer la impresión, consiguiéndolos en Internet
• Pega
• sacabocado
• cinta cola de ratón

I've always loved desk calendars, but this year I wasn't lucky enough to get one at the shops I frequent, or at least we always hope someone will give them to us 🤭. But the good news is that I did receive large poster-style calendars with all the months of this new year, 2026, so I had the idea to make a cute desk calendar by reusing this lovely poster-style calendar.
So, let's get started! Here's the list of materials you'll need:

• Cardboard
• Colored cardstock
• Scissors
• Ruler
• A calendar with all the months available, or you can print them out online
• Glue
• Hole punch
• Rat-tail ribbon

Para comenzar voy a cortar la parte del afiche donde están todos los meses. Luego los dividiré cada uno en un cuadrado, luego por medio de estos me voy a guiar en el tamaño de la base del almanaque, éste lo vamos a cortar en un rectángulo, las medidas me quedaron así: 14 cm de largo, los dos primeros rectángulos y de ancho, 11 cm, y para la base vamos a dejar 6 cm, con esto vamos a formar un triángulo, para que pueda mantenerse en pie

To begin, I'm going to cut out the part of the poster where all the months are listed. Then I'll divide each month into a square. Using these squares as a guide for the size of the base of the calendar, we'll cut it into a rectangle. The measurements I got were: 14 cm long for the first two rectangles and 11 cm wide. For the base, we'll leave 6 cm. With these, we'll form a triangle so it can stand upright.

Para el siguiente paso vamos a doblar el cartón y con el mismo afiche voy a cortar la parte donde está el número de este nuevo año 2026, con esto forraré la parte principal de la base del almanaque, luego con un sacabocado vamos a abrir dos orificios uno a cada lado, justo debajo de los números

For the next step, we're going to fold the cardboard and, using the same poster, I'm going to cut out the part where the number for this new year, 2026, is located. With this, I'll cover the main part of the base of the calendar. Then, with a hole punch, we're going to open two holes, one on each side, right below the numbers.

En este paso vamos a cortar 12 cuadrados, uno para cada mes, calculo el tamaño que me cubra en la parte donde están los orificios hasta abajo, estos cuadrados me quedaron de 9 cm por cada lado, voy a hacer seis cuadrados verdes y seis cuadrados dorados de unas cartulinas que tenía guardadas y luego le abro los orificios

In this step we're going to cut 12 squares, one for each month. I'm calculating the size to cover the bottom part where the holes are. These squares ended up being 9 cm on each side. I'm going to make six green squares and six gold squares from some cardstock I had saved, and then I'll punch the holes in them.

Ya para finalizar vamos a pegar los meses en cada cuadrado de cartulina hasta completar los 12 meses del año, luego vamos a colocarlos todos juntos y los atamos con cinta, cada vez que se termine un mes desatamos y sacamos el mes correspondiente y nos quedará visible el nuevo mes, aproveché también la frase del afiche que dice próspero Año Nuevo, deseando que todos tengamos mucha salud y prosperidad. Este año 2026, amé mi almanaque de mesa, me gustó muchísimo el resultado.

Finally, we'll glue the months onto each cardboard square until we have all 12 months of the year. Then we'll put them all together and tie them with ribbon. Each time a month ends, we'll untie the ribbon and remove the corresponding month, revealing the new month. I also used the phrase from the poster that says "Happy New Year," wishing everyone good health and prosperity. This year, 2026, I loved my desk calendar; I was very pleased with how it turned out.
