I did the pasting and dabbing of the work today.
Last week, I shared the process of making of the stenciling work and how it was meant to correct some errors that were done by another artist.
So, today, I went to the site where the sign board was kept to work on it.
First was to use white paint to cover the previous work - only the section to be corrected that I focused on. I repeated this for about 3 times upon waiting for it to dry.
After I was satisfied with the covering, I pasted those stenciling works which were carved with paper and used making tape to hold them.
There after, I used the specified colors - oil paint - and small foam to dab on them, one after the other. I repeated this process after they dried for the second time.
I also worked on the other side of the sign board. This was done after working on one side and waiting for it to dry.
