Mi pequeña hija de 11 años la cual estudia 6to grado de educación primaria, le enviaron a hacer un juego de matemática que debía ser creado con material reutilizable.
Ambas nos pusimos a pensar que podíamos hacer, a ella se le asignó la tabla de multiplicar del número 8, después de mirar en internet y ver cosas e inventos unos muy buenos y otros que nos preguntábamos que se habían comido quienes lo habían hecho, decidimos cerrar todo en medio de esos cortes de electricidad que nos tienen ya casi acostumbrados.
Y empezamos a crear partiendo desde todo lo que habíamos visto y todo lo que la habíamos conversado, y llegamos a la conclusión de hacer un dominó usando la tabla del 8, inmediatamente empezamos a buscar los materiales:

La idea era hacer el juego de dominó usando las fórmulas de las 11 multiplicaciones del 8.
Desde 1x0 hasta 8x10 y en un lado de la ficha y del otro lado los 11 resultados de la table del 8, desde el 0 hasta el 80.

Hicimos fichas de 6 x 3 cm marcándolas con la regla y el lápiz y luego recortarlas.
Luego con el marcador escribimos como habíamos colocado en la hoja el esquema de la tabla, fue algo difícil porque repetimos algunas, había mucho calor.

Pero al terminar nos dimos cuenta de que nos faltaba un nombre y después de debatir cuál sería nos quedamos con Domi8 “El juego de la tabla del 8” ese nombre lo colocamos en la parte trasera de cada ficha y fue todo un éxito en la escuela, todo esto en una tarde de corte de luz.

But when we finished we realised that we were missing a name and after debating what it would be we settled on Domi8 "The 8 board game" that name we put on the back of each card and it was a big hit in the school, all this on a power cut afternoon.
