✨¡Hello friends who love creativity! I hope you are all well.✨
Good afternoon, friends! I hope you're having a great week. For my part, I'm happy to stop by to share a lovely idea. This time, I'm sharing the step-by-step instructions for making a lovely home decoration. It was time to change the decoration of the entrance of my house, so I thought of a fresh design, with basic colors, but with details that stand out and attract attention.
This time I thought of an idea similar to the one I did at Christmas—or, well, I was inspired by that idea of a car carrying a Christmas tree—but this time I added a different car, a house, and, as an extra detail, a pretty hanging flower. I know I may have used too many colors of foam, but you can repeat colors or add some details with paint and save on materials.
🔸Without more to add, then I leave you with the step by step:

🌟 PROCEDIMIENTO | 🌟 PROCESS
✨PASO 1:
✨STEP 1:
The first thing I did, as always, was draw the design of the idea I had in mind. As I said at the beginning, I wanted to make a house with a car on one side, a wooden sign, and a flower hanging from it. So, once I have the design ready on the white paper, it's time to transfer it to the corresponding colors of foam, as explained below:
✨Roof: 10 cm x 5.5 cm in brown foam.
✨House: 11 cm x 7.5 cm in cream foam.
✨Door: 5.5 cm x 4 cm in brown foam.
✨Heart and lock: silver frosted foam.
✨Car: 5.5 cm x 3 cm in yellow foam.
✨Windows: 1.5 cm in gray foam.
✨Wheels: 1.5 cm in black frosted foam.
✨Small flowers: 2 cm in fuchsia foam.
✨Sign: 16 cm in brown foam.
✨Large flower: 2 pieces, 7.5 cm in pink foam.
✨Flower centers: gold frosted foam.
✨PASO 2:
✨STEP 2:
Once you have all the pieces ready, it's time to color the edges with paints or markers, blending them with a cloth. In my case, I used brown for the house pieces, black for the brown pieces, yellow for the car, a dark brown for the sign, and a darker shade for the flowers.
✨PASO 3:
✨STEP 3:
Once the pieces were dry, I started adding more specific details with markers. I made the wood of the sign more detailed, the door and roof a little simpler, the house window, the car details, and the car windows, and I added some dots to the large flower pieces with a bright pink.
✨PASO 4:
✨STEP 4:
Once the pieces are ready, it's time to focus on the flowers. So I took the flowers, ironed them, sunken the center to give them a more shape, and repeated the same process with the small flowers and their centers.
✨PASO 5:
✨STEP 5:
Finally, it's time to glue the car and the house together. I glued the car, front end, to one side of the house. Next, I glued the wooden sign to the bottom, the ribbons to the top for hanging, and one right in the middle of the sign, where I glued the flower. In the top corners of the sign, I glued the small flowers.
✨This is how you can make a cute decoration for your home's entrance, or be inspired by this idea to make something more personalized, to suit your taste. You can even add your pet. Remember that I used a lot of materials because I tend to have scraps, but, as I said, you can repeat colors or add details with paint. I hope you enjoyed the step-by-step instructions and are encouraged to try making it.
❤️Until the next post.
