En esta ocasión, les comparto el paso a paso para elaborar una linda tarjeta de regalo para el Día de la Madre. Para no repetirme cada año, esta vez quise compartir con ustedes una linda y sencilla tarjeta, ya sea para acompañar con un lindo regalo, así de simple, o para escribir algún mensaje especial en la parte trasera de la cartulina, pero esto es decisión de cada uno.

This time, I'm sharing the step-by-step instructions for making a beautiful gift card for Mother's Day. To avoid repeating myself every year, this time I wanted to share with you a lovely and simple card, whether to accompany a lovely gift, so simple, or to write a special message on the back of the card, but that's up to you.

- Cartulina metalizada rosa.
- Foami escarchado dorado.

🌟 PROCEDIMIENTO | 🌟 PROCESS
✨PASO 1:
En esta ocasión, comencé por la decoración, así que tomé una hoja blanca y dibujé la decoración que quería, que en este caso fue un pajarito volando, un par de margaritas y un espiral para hacer la rosa. Al tener los dibujos o el patrón listos, es momento de transferir a los colores correspondientes de foami, como explico a continuación:
✨Pájaro de 6 cm x 5.5 cm en foami azul.
✨Pico de 1 cm en foami amarillo.
✨Dos margaritas de 4.5 cm en foami blanco.
✨Centro de las flores de 1.5 cm en foami amarillo.
✨Espiral para rosa de 7 cm en foami escarchado dorado.
✨STEP 1:
This time, I started with the decoration, so I took a blank sheet of paper and drew the decoration I wanted, which in this case was a flying bird, a pair of daisies, and a swirl to make the rose. Once you have the drawings or pattern ready, it's time to transfer them to the corresponding colors of foam, as explained below:
✨Bird, 6 cm x 5.5 cm, made of blue foam.
✨Beak, 1 cm, made of yellow foam.
✨Two daisies, 4.5 cm, made of white foam.
✨Flower centers, 1.5 cm, made of yellow foam.
✨Spiral for rose, 7 cm, made of gold frosted foam.
✨PASO 2:
Al estar las piezas recortadas, es momento de dar color a los bordes con pinturas o marcadores. Como les he comentado, últimamente estoy utilizando son marcadores y difumino con un pañito de algodón, con mucho cuidado porque es más fácil de quitar y, en tal caso, toca volver a remarcar. Al estar secas las piezas, es momento de dar detalles al pajarito con marcadores, como sería el caso del ojo, la ceja, definir un poco más las alas, y en el caso de las flores, solo di algunos detalles a los centros de las flores dando puntos con marcador naranja.
✨STEP 2:
Once the pieces are cut out, it's time to color the edges with paints or markers. As I mentioned, I've been using markers lately and blending with a cotton cloth, being very careful because it's easier to remove, and if so, I'll have to re-mark. Once the pieces are dry, it's time to add details to the bird with markers, such as the eye and eyebrow, and to further define the wings. In the case of the flowers, I only added some details to the centers of the flowers, adding dots with an orange marker.
✨PASO 3:
Al estar listas las piezas, es momento de comenzar a pegar hasta formar cada una de las decoraciones; en el caso del pajarito, le pegué el pico y puse un poco de rubor en la mejilla. Luego, pegué el centro de las flores a cada flor y enrollé el espiral para formar la rosa.
✨STEP 3:
Once the pieces are ready, it's time to start gluing each decoration. For the bird, I glued its beak and added a little blush to its cheek. Then, I glued the center of the flowers to each flower and rolled the spiral to form the rose.
✨PASO 4:
Al estar secas las piezas, tomé nuevamente la hoja blanca y escribí “feliz día de las madres”, para luego remarcar con marcador negro (pueden utilizar el color que deseen) y luego, recorté dejando un borde y siguiendo un poco las formas de las letras.
✨STEP 4:
Once the pieces were dry, I took the white paper again and wrote "Happy Mother's Day," then outlined it with a black marker (but you can use any color you like). Then, I cut out the edges, roughly following the shapes of the letters.
✨PASO 5:
Seguidamente, tomé la cartulina metalizada rosa y recorté un rectángulo de 14 cm x 10 cm. Ahora sí, es momento de pegar las decoraciones en su lugar. En mi caso, pegué el pájaro en una esquina superior, el mensaje en medio y las tres flores en forma de triángulo, en la esquina superior contraria a la del pájaro. Como lo veía muy recto, al final me decidí por dar un corte ovalado en la parte superior de la tarjeta.
✨STEP 5:
Next, I took the pink metallic cardstock and cut out a 14 cm x 10 cm rectangle. Now, it's time to glue the decorations in place. In my case, I glued the bird in one top corner, the message in the middle, and the three triangular flowers in the top corner opposite the bird. Since it looked very straight, I ended up making an oval cut at the top of the card.
✨Así es como pueden elaborar una linda tarjeta para el Día de las Madres. Como les dije al inicio, pueden escribir en la parte trasera de la tarjeta de regalo un lindo mensaje para sus madres. Yo quise utilizar estos colores y decoración de pajarito porque a mi mamá le encantan, pero es a gusto. Espero que les haya gustado el paso a paso y se animen a elaborarlo.
