Hello friends in todays chapter of diy I bring you another creative do it at home creation which is very easy and affordable to accomplish if you would like to see how I made some aesthetic vintage photo-wall pictures which you might usually see on Pinterest keep on reading this blog below.
So the first thing I always like to show you guys are the materials I use in creating my fits and they are shown in the pictures and also listed below
•MATERIALS USED
*cardboards
*scissors
*measuring tape
*black electrical tap
*white a A4 papers
*magazine pages NB: depending on your style,i used black and white pictures from magazine pages because I wanted a vintage aesthetic to my photo wall
*white electric clips
*cardboard glue
Now that the materials for making this diy are listed, I am going to be showing you the steps to this creation
•STEPS BY STEP PROCESS
- in the first steps I am going to be cutting out the black and white pictures from the magazine pages to my desired size ,as you can see in the photo aboove I cut them out and placed them on the white A4 paper which takes us to the next step
- In the second step I use a cardboard glue to hold them down onto the A4paper ,placing them carefully in the center of the paper to achieve a centralized placement
- After placing the picture onto the paper I moved on to the next step which..in the next step I am going to be cutting the cardboard ina measurement on 11by 8 inches which is the exact measurements of an A4 paper
- I then cut the cardboard to that measurement
- After cutting the cardboard I apples glue to the cardboard and
placed the picture onto the cardboard
- In the next step I am going to be creating a frame, and to do this i am suing an electricians black thread,I taped down the 4 sides of the board measuring 2cm on the vertical sides and and up to an inches on the horizontal sides and then the frame was complete
*The next steps is the creation of the hanger, which would enable me to hang them on the wall
Firstly I am using the scrap from my initial measurement cutting to do this I measured 21/4 inches and 3 inches on the cardboard cut 4 pieces for each picture
Then I placed the 3incehs piece on the 21/4 inches gluing them together with the cardboard gliu, after that I cut an a shaped hole at the edge of the 3inches to create and hanger and glued the onto the back of cardboard pictures
And the diy was finished!!!
I went ahead to hange them on to the wall..to show you guys how it would look on a wall
Note again: you can use several othe magazines image types depending on the aesthetic or theme you are going for
