✏️ ¡Hola amigos de Hive! Espero que estén teniendo un agradable día.
Hoy continuamos haciendo dibujitos "sencillos", esta vez utilizando a otro personaje de una ilustración anterior.
Es curioso porque a la hora de escribir el post me di cuenta de que utilicé a todos los personajes de un dibujo que hice anteriormente.
En el dibujo anterior solo utilicé a la niña y para este utilicé al monstruo y al gatito. Sinceramente, no me di cuenta de esto mientras estaba dibujando, yo solo escogí a los personajes y les hice una bonita escena, pero es curioso que haya utilizado a todos los personajes de un mismo dibujo para hacer diferentes escenas.

- Today we continue making "simple" drawings, this time using another character from a previous illustration.
- It's funny because when I was writing the post I realised that I used all the characters from a previous drawing.
- In the previous drawing I only used the girl and for this one I used the monster and the kitten. Honestly, I didn't realise this while I was drawing, I just chose the characters and made a nice scene for them, but it's funny that I used all the characters from the same drawing to make different scenes.
Este es el dibujo donde salen los 3 personajes.
- This is the drawing with the 3 characters.
PROCESO | PROCESS
Bueno, ahora les hablaré un poco acerca de esta escena. En el dibujo anterior se puede observar como el monstruo está recogiendo una flor, eso quiere decir que es amante de las flores.
Por eso en este dibujo he decidido hacerlo en su pequeño jardín, junto a su pequeña colección de flores. Esta vez lo hice con unas botas, ya que está trabajando en su jardín. También añadí al gato y a otro pequeño amigo, sí, es un hongo jajaja.
Así como en el dibujo anterior use una paleta de colores diferente a la original, este no iba a ser la excepción, esta vez usé colores morados y rosados, puesto que me gustan mucho esos colores, al único que no le cambié el color fue al monstruo porque él es el personaje principal, aparte de que el amarillo combina perfecto con el morado.
- Well, now I'll tell you a little bit about this scene. In the previous drawing you can see how the monster is picking a flower, that means that he is a flower lover.
- That's why in this drawing I decided to do it in his little garden, next to his little collection of flowers. This time I did it with a pair of boots, as he is working in his garden. I also added the cat and another little friend, yes, it's a mushroom hahaha.
- Just as in the previous drawing I used a different colour palette to the original, this one was not going to be the exception, this time I used purple and pink colours, as I like those colours a lot, the only one I didn't change the colour was the monster because he is the main character, besides the yellow combines perfectly with the purple.
Una vez que ya tenía el boceto y el estudio de color hechos, llegó la hora de colorear. Para ello empecé con las plantas del fondo, algo sencillo.
Luego coloreé el arbusto de la izquierda y el de la derecha, estos son los dos tipos de arbustos que siempre hago en mis dibujos jaja creo que ya es hora de tener más variedad.
- Once I had the sketch and the colour study done, it was time to colour. I started with the plants in the background, something simple.
- Then I coloured the bush on the left and the one on the right, these are the two types of bushes I always do in my drawings haha I think it's time to have more variety.
Luego de hacer los arbustos me puse a colorear las macetas, esta vez no utilicé mi forma de colorear con garabatos, en esta ocasión quise ser más sutil y fui utilizando pinceladas más grandes, que se notan más los cambios de color.
Después de hacer las macetas, coloreé el cactus y las flores que están a la derecha.
Ahora empecé a colorear el césped, aquí volví al coloreado clásico, puro garabato rústico pero que se vea bien. La verdad disfruto mucho dibujar césped morados, me gusta como quedan.
- After making the bushes I started to colour the pots, this time I didn't use my doodle way of colouring, this time I wanted to be more subtle and I used bigger brush strokes, so you can see the colour changes more.
- After making the pots, I coloured the cactus and the flowers on the right.
- Now I started to colour the grass, here I went back to the classic colouring, pure rustic doodle but it looks good. I really enjoy drawing purple lawns, I like the way they look.
Llegó la hora de colorear las flores que están en el césped, también la roca y la regadera.
Para colorear la regadera utilicé los dos métodos de coloreado, el de garabatos y el más sutil que utilicé para colorear las macetas. Por cierto, la regadera tiene orejas de gato JAJA.
Y ya para finalizar coloreé a los personajes. Primero empecé con el honguito, usé la técnica de garabatos y fui mezclando los colores.
Luego coloreé al gato, usando la misma técnica.
Y por último coloreé al monstruo con su pequeña maceta con un cactus y sus botas de jardinero.
- It was time to colour the flowers on the lawn, also the rock and the watering can.
- To colour the watering can I used the two colouring methods, the doodle method and the more subtle one I used to colour the pots. By the way, the watering can has cat ears HAHAHA.
And finally I coloured the characters. First I started with the mushroom, I used the doodle technique and mixed the colours.
- Then I coloured the cat, using the same technique.
- And finally I coloured the monster with his little pot with a cactus and his gardener's boots.
¡Y listo! Así concluye la ilustración de hoy.
Fue muy divertido hacer el dibujo y mostrarles la colección de plantas que tiene nuestro adorable monstruo.
