Espero haya sido un bonito día, yo hoy le dedique a hacer una nueva pintura tradicional de uno de mis animes favoritos Black Clover, esta vez decidí dibujar a Asta el protagonista del mismo, pero elegí una en la que esta activando la habilidad que obtuvo al adquirir su griterío de cinco hojas, la cual en la primeras apariciones es llamada como Forma Oscura, dure un buen rato decidiendo que dibujar y finalmente opte por esta forma, ya que es la más impactante de este personaje.

I hope you've had a nice day. Today, I spent my time working on a new traditional painting of one of my favorite anime series, Black Clover. This time, I decided to draw Asta, the main character, but I chose one in which he is activating the ability he obtained when he acquired his five-leaf roar, which in the first appearances is called Dark Form. I spent a long time deciding what to draw and finally opted for this form, as it is the most striking for this character.
Pero antes de todo lo primero que debía hacer era preparar mi lienzo (cartón reciclado) lo que hago usualmente es sellar los laterales par evitar que se vea el corrugado interno y evitar que las capas de cartón se abran, luego aplicó un par de capas de pintura blanca para poder dibujar.
Seguidamente procedí a hacer el dibujo, elegí una imagen en la que aparece de frente en el episodio durante el ataque al bosque de las brujas por parte del reino de la pica, en el cual fue el primero en el que comenzó a usar esta nueva forma.
But first, I had to prepare my canvas (recycled cardboard). What I usually do is seal the sides to prevent the internal corrugation from showing and to prevent the layers of cardboard from opening up, then I apply a couple of coats of white paint so that I can draw on it.
Next, I proceeded to make the drawing. I chose an image in which he appears facing forward in the episode during the attack on the witches' forest by the kingdom of the pike, in which he was the first to start using this new form.
Luego como cosa rara empecé a colorear en el orden correcto, es decir pintando en primer lugar el fondo, para este dibuje el fondo original de la imagen, el bosque en llamas, lo que lograba verse en este fragmento eran algunas luces naranjas y amarillas y algunas hojas de los árboles también en un tono cálido; después de aplicar un par de capas al fondo comencé a pintar la piel de Asta, esta es una de las cosas que más me agrada de pintar en digital, crear la mezcla interpretar el color original y calcular que cantidad de cada color debo agregar para obtener el color es de lo más gratificante para mi.
En este caso era algo complicado ya que no era el típico tono piel, debía crear el tono a contraluz, y aunque creo debió ser un picó más oscuro me gustó mucho el tono que logre conseguir tanto para luces y sombras.
Then, unusually, I started coloring in the correct order, that is, painting the background first. For this, I drew the original background of the image, the forest on fire. What could be seen in this fragment were some orange and yellow lights and some tree leaves, also in a warm tone. After applying a couple of layers to the background, I began to paint Asta's skin. This is one of the things I like most about digital painting: creating the mixture, interpreting the original color, and calculating how much of each color I need to add to obtain the color is most rewarding for me.
In this case, it was a bit complicated because it wasn't a typical skin tone. I had to create the tone against the light, and although I think it should have been a bit darker, I really liked the tone I achieved for both the light and the shadows.
Luego cree el tono gris para sus ojos y luego lo oscurecí un poco para.colorear su cabello, al menos la parte que aún conserva el color original de Asta, la otra mitad y para el resto de detalles grandes de ahora en adelante estaban compuestos únicamente por negro.
Luego de aplicar un par de capas en cada sección procedí a hacer el delineado, para esta parte diluí un poco el color con blanco para lograr que el pincel se deslizará fácilmente y luego realice cada trazo en una línea continua.
Then I created the gray tone for her eyes and darkened it a little to color her hair, at least the part that still retains Asta's original color. The other half and the rest of the large details from now on were composed solely of black.
After applying a couple of coats to each section, I proceeded to outline the shape. For this part, I diluted the color a little with white so that the brush would glide easily, and then I made each stroke in a continuous line.
Seguidamente procedí a detallar para generar el efecto a contraluz que quería, para ello hice un tono reflejo amarillo en el borde contrario del que proviene la luz y sobre toda la parte superior de sus hombros y en algunos muchos de su cabello.
Luego dibuje algunos puntos más luminosos, como las pequeñas partículas en llamas que se desprenden de todo el fuego que hay alrededor.
I then proceeded to add detail to create the backlighting effect I wanted. To do this, I added a yellow highlight on the opposite edge from where the light was coming from, across the top of his shoulders, and on some of his hair.
Then I drew some brighter spots, like tiny particles of flame flying off from all the fire around him.
Y finalmente así a quedado mi muchacho que nunca se rinde, me gusto mucho pintarlo y en general pintar estos cuadritos porque además que me gusta mucho el anime, aprendo sobre la iluminación y los colores de este artista, que luego podre aplicar en mi propio arte.
And finally, this is how my boy who never gives up turned out. I really enjoyed painting him and painting these little pictures in general because, besides the fact that I really like anime, I learn about lighting and colors from this artist, which I can then apply to my own art.
