Debido al trabajo y el factor tiempo; descuidamos nuestro hogar🏚😔;el cual es nuestro refugio y donde compartimos parte de nuestra vida con la familia, por tal motivo no lo podemos descuidar. 🤭🙃 Imagínense si la casa está toda sucia, desordenada, con objetos rotos, las paredes con grieta o que no se sabe de que color estuvo pintada, lavamanos que parecen como una fuente🤪 le sale agua por todas partes. Las reparaciones son muy costosa; si contratamos a personas para que realicen cualquier reparación se gasta mucho dinero🤑🤑🤑🤑; yo los invito a que se animen hacerlo ustedes mismo🤗 nunca digan No sé, No puedo porque todos somos capaces de hacer cualquier cosa. Mi viejo me decía mija aprenda hacer de todo en la vida para que no dependa de nadie ☺😊 muy sabias sus palabras y le estoy agradecida por esas enseñanzas; ya qué me han servido mucho y me he ahorrado muchísimo dinero👍😚🤑.

Dejé una hora y media de mi congestionado tiempo para las reparaciones diarias😁 y el fin de semana toda la mañana hasta el medio día. Y me propuse a realizar todo lo que estaba en la lista 🤔😳.

🏠El pego en las cerámicas con el tiempo se van poniendo negro, también por el uso se cae el cemento o el pego y quedan unas zanjas y se ven muy feas🤭. Al año me gusta hacerle limpieza y mantenimiento a las cerámicas; lo primero que hago es lavarlas con jabón y cloro, las dejo una hora con el cloro y jabón y después con la escoba voy limpiando todas las ranuras y con agua limpia y un trapo limpiar y dejar secar.

Por las lluvia las sillas estaban descoloridas, con la pintura desconchadas y sin brillo; y decidí darle otra cara🤗☺. Lo primero que hay que hacer es raspar con una espátula la pintura que está desconchadas; después proceda a lijar; recuerden que hay varios tipos de lijas para el hierro, pared y madera y de esta existen varios tipos unas tienen más óxido de aluminio; que es el compuesto el cual sirve para lijar.

11. Espátula grande o mediana.

Las paredes del área de la parrilla estaban horribles; todas desconchadas y algunas con grietas,la causa de ésto es mucha lluvia y la mala calidad de la pintura😔. Si vamos a comprar pintura para a fuera debe decir en la etiqueta para exterior y si vamos hacer un gasto es para que nos dure; entonces debemos comprar una pintura de calidad. Compre de primera clase. Tipo(A) al igual tiene que ver la marca de la pintura hay unas que son de mejor calidad que otras y porsupuesto si son lavables mejor👍😊.

Lo primero hay que preparar las paredes; con la escoba retire todo el sucio que esté en ellas, luego con la espátula raspar las áreas mas agectadas y luego lijar las paredes. Cuando esten lijadas con la escoba sacudir el polvo. Acá se tuvo que lavar las paredes con agua, cloro y jabón para quitar el mohos de las paredes por causa de las lluvias. Recoger el sucio antes de lavar las paredes.

Pintar las paredes-Paint the walls
Cuando ya tengamos todas las paredes raspadas, lijadas, lavadas y totalmente secas procedamos a pintar. Primero preparamos la pintura en un tobo o en el mismo envase; yo la ligo con agua, pero le coloco poca para que no quede aguada y después no cubre bien las paredes. Con un palo mezclar bien la pintura y luego comience a pintar; una recomendación No pinte y después pinte de nuevo encima de la pintura todavía mojada, ya que estará gastando la pintura sin ningún resultado positivo. Cuando pinte toda una pared deje secar bien para darle otra mano y otra recomendación si va a pintar en forma horizontal con la brocha o rodillo ;hágalo así en toda la pared y si es vertical igualmente.

Pero mi marido al ver todo lo que había hecho sola me dijo que te falta en la lista y le comenté lo del salón de fiesta y la filtración 🥴😥 y entonces se tomó el día lunes y me dijo vamos a darte una mano🥰😍. Me ayudo a limpiar la pared del salón de fiesta y la Filtración; lo curioso es que yo tenía que estar diciendo lo que él haría porque de construcción no sabía ni una papa😛😋jaja y no le gusta para nada la construcción siempre a pagado🤑🤭🙈. Pero lo más bello y importante que se motivó ayudarme.

Lo primero que se hizo fue limpiar las paredes primero la lijo con la esponja lija muy buena para este uso y después con un trapo viejo la limpio con thinner y después me tocó a mí pintar 😋. Para la filtración se quitó el manto teja con la espátula; ya que el que tenía estaba muy tostado por el tiempo y el sol y por ahí teníamos una filtración en el salón de fiesta. Luego con un pedazo de manto teja y con asfalto líquido se pegó y quedó espectacular.Adióss filtración👍y por último me tocó limpiar y acomodar.

Por último vamos a decorar el área de la parrilla y su alrededor; para esto debemos tener ya todo limpio, en la pared grande colocaremos unas hermosas lámparas hechas de madera y unos frascos de vidrio y con unas luces por dentro, algunas plantas , acomodar y decorar la parrilla, algunos cojines, cobija y el techo de la mecedora y otros adornos que tengamos disponibles.
