Hello to my #natureobserver community. Welcome to another blog related to nature. I hope you are all doing well and having a good time. I am also doing pretty well. Whenever I get bored and I am in stress I walk towards the green fields. I spend time with nature. I talk to yellow flowers. Because I experienced that connection with nature save us from anxiety and depression. If you spend most of the time in cemented rooms do not go to vast and open areas. You don't see the view of the setting sun. You don't walk barefeet on the wet grass. You don't talk to flowers. Then be ready; stress and anxiety are waiting for you. You will soon become the victim of diseases like high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, etc.
Research says that if you spend time with nature, the harmony of happiness and joy is released from your body. I have experienced it many times. Luckily I live in a village and village life is full of natural views and scenes. We villagers spend most of our time in open fields. We enjoy the view of the setting sun. We hear the chirping birds. We experience the buzzing bees wandering on the different kinds of leaves and flowers.
Today I was in tension and I wasn't feeling good so I decided to go to nearby mustard fields. We spent some quality time there. The yellow flowers were very attractive. I was quite amused to see the wet green grass. The fields of mustard and wheat fields were looking marvelous.
Believe me, when I entered the fields of mustard, I felt relaxed. The calmness and the neatness of the fields were a treat to watch. I was very close to nature. I was lost in the old sweet memories of my life. I recalled my childhood memories. The boys were playing volleyball. When I was a child I used to play volleyball here in the open fields.
Nowadays, people living in cities spend most of their time in closed rooms. Believe me, spending most of the time in closed rooms and not going outside in open areas increases the level of stress in human beings.
The mountains of my village were looking awesome. The sun was setting in the west. It was getting dark but I wasn't ready to leave this natural place. After spending plenty of quality time in the mustard flowers and wheat fields, I left for home.
Conclusion
If we want to lead a stress-free life we will have to spend quality time with nature. We should spend the least time in closed rooms. Connecting with nature will keep you pleased, and you will be stress-free. So spare one hour for nature from your busy schedule, you will be astonished to see the results. Thanks for stopping.
