Genus Scirpophaga
A type of moths. It looks like a fly. All the limbs including the wings are white. It looks like white powder has been spread all over the body. In the evening, I saw it sitting on a dry branch lying on the side of the road. I captured it on my mobile phone camera.
In our area, we call it "Futi or Futi fly". Found in a Google search, the scientific name of this fly is - Genus Scirpophaga
Thank you everyone.
