For today's topic I chose to use one of Michelangelo's most popular works as a reference. Although this was one of the most difficult jobs for me to do, I quite liked the result.

Para la temática de hoy opte por usar como referencia uno de los trabajos más populares de Miguel Ángel. Aunque este fue uno de los trabajos que más me costó realizar de hacer, me gusto bastante el resultado.
For the base I took a sample sketch of the image to be able to have a better guide to the measurements, taking that into account I corrected each part to adjust to the pixel art style, in which I had to choose to see which things to leave and which I should leave , since there were 2 types of important shadows, which by using only two colors in the sketch complicate things.
Para la base tomé un muestreo de boceto de la imagen para poder tener una mejor quía de las medidas, tomando eso en cuenta corregí cada parte para ajustar al estilo pixel art, en el que tuve que optar por ver cuáles cosas dejar y cuáles debería dejar, pues había 2 tipos de sombras importantes, las cuales al usar solo dos colores en el boceto complican las cosas.
I continued with the next character, which was complicated for me because there was better detail, and I had to maintain the same level of the two characters, as well as correct certain lines so that it had a better proportion, because although I had it as a guide, there were certain shadows that give that message of the character's posture.
Continúe con el siguiente personaje, el cual me complicaba porque había un mejor detallado, y debía mantener el mismo nivel e los dos personajes, así como corregir ciertas líneas para que quede con una mejor proporción, pues aunque lo tenga como guía, hay ciertas sombras que le dan ese mensaje de la postura del personaje.
Move on to the part of adding the details of the character and the teacher, where I want to keep the aspects of each, but maintain the anatomy of both.
Pase a la parte de agregar los detalles del personaje y del maestro, en las que quiero mantener los aspectos de cada uno, pero manteniendo la anatomía de los dos.
Here I added the base colors that I will use for the characters, as well as taking reference from previous works to have a better result when using the colors.
Aquí agregué los colores base que usaré para los personajes, así como toman de referencia trabajos anteriores para tener un mejor resultado a usar los colores.
Here I added the highlights and shadows on the two characters, and it was a somewhat tiring job, since it took me an hour to see which colors would be appropriate with the style and there was not much contrast. For the background, use a coloring pattern so that the work does not look bad without having a detailed background.
Aquí agregué las iluminaciones y sombras en los dos personajes, y fue un trabajo algo cansado, pues me tomo una hora para poder ver que colores serán adecuados con el estilo y no halla demasiado contraste. Para el fondo use un patrón de coloreado para que el trabajo no se vea mal al no tener un fondo detallado.
