Hello everyone, today I want to show you a drawing that represents the evolution of a dragon called Verdarox. I have several drawings of this character. Within the lore of the game Holozing, it is established that dragons will have different evolutionary forms and, in general, will be rare creatures with a low probability of appearance, which makes them unique and very special beings within their universe.

To begin this work, I researched references of dragons with similar styles. During my creative process, I was inspired by illustrations of dragons in action, which helped me shape the design of this Earth-type character. After reviewing several images on Pinterest, I found one that captivated me and decided to reinterpret it in a more semi-realistic version. Below, I will share with you some images that show the development of this process.

Hola a todos, hoy quiero mostrarles un dibujo que representa una evolución de un dragón llamado Verdarox, llevo varios dibujos de este personaje. Dentro del lore del juego Holozing, se establece que los dragones contarán con distintas formas evolutivas y, en general, serán criaturas poco comunes, con una probabilidad reducida de aparición, lo que los convierte en seres únicos y muy especiales dentro de su universo.

Para comenzar este trabajo, investigué referencias de dragones con estilos similares. Durante mi proceso creativo me inspiré en ilustraciones de dragones en plena acción, lo que me ayudó a dar forma al diseño de este personaje de tipo Tierra. Tras revisar varias imágenes en Pinterest, encontré una que me cautivó y decidí reinterpretarla en una versión más semirrealista. A continuación, compartiré con ustedes algunas imágenes que muestran el desarrollo de este proceso.

Process

During the sketching stage, I focused on highlighting the dragon's fundamental features, drawing different guide lines that allowed me to define both its shape and style. Once I achieved the result I was looking for, I incorporated those elements into the final design of Verdarox.

En la etapa de bocetado me concentré en resaltar los rasgos fundamentales del dragón, trazando distintas líneas guía que me permitieron definir tanto su forma como su estilo. Una vez logrado el resultado que buscaba, incorporé esos elementos al diseño final de Verdarox.
