Last time I drew Woolitz as a baddie girl 🤩 Now, I am thinking of doing a trend of drawing the creatures in human form. 😁 For this art, I chose Zingu! ❄️
For this fan art, I did a different art style. I wanted to explore more art styles to find what's more in the box. I used a soft brush here with always translucent edges. The problem with this brush is the coloring part, but welp, is no harm in trying it again. Yeah, I tried this brush before and got frustrated, haha. I wanted more structured hair and the edges of more opaque lines.
I chose a less saturated color for the bases. I color-picked the colors from the original art and then just adjusted the colors. Noticed that I changed some parts like the finger positions. Next, I applied darker shades on the corners to suggest depth.
Here, I incorporated some of the light colors using the airbrush and flat brush. I then added the emojis manually by looking for references from Pinterest. I thought it. would be fun and match Zingu's character. I added an orange glow slightly to the hair just for contrast.
Final Art
I looked for an image on my inventory and set the opacity to 10 percent. I added more emojis just for extra decoration. Lastly, I masked the canvas with a textured image.
