Friends, what a joy to return to the community and write another blog where I show how I draw one of the characters from Holozing. This time, I chose Cinella—the base form of Cinellara—and she’s such a beautiful character. I really love insect-type creatures.
Amigos, qué alegría regresar a la comunidad y escribir otro blog donde muestro cómo dibujo uno de los personajes de Holozing. En este caso, el personaje que seleccioné fue Cinella, es la forma base de Cinellara y es un personaje muy bonito. Me gustan mucho las criaturas tipo insectos.
I began by drawing the sunflower where Cinella would be basking in the sun. I started with the center and drew the petals one by one. Then, I defined them with shading and added the stem.
Comencé dibujando el girasol donde estaría Cinella tomando el Sol, comencé por el centro y dibujé los pétalos uno a uno, después los delimité con la sombra y le hice el tallo.
With the flower drawn, it was time to sketch Cinella. I loved how it turned out, and after finishing the sketch, I changed my mind and skipped the line art. Instead, I colored section by section until everything was done, using pointillism to define the light and dark areas. I really liked the shade of red and the contrast with her spots.
Con la flor dibujada me tocó hacer el boceto de Cinella, me encantó como quedó, y después del boceto cambié de idea y no realicé line art. Fui simplemente coloreando por partes hasta tenerlo todo y usando puntillismo para delimitar las zonas claras y oscuras. Me gustó mucho el tono de rojo y el contraste con sus manchas.
And that’s how everything came together—Cinella resting on top of the sunflower, soaking up the sun. I love how it turned out! All that’s left is the background, which I decided to paint as a clear blue sky with a few scattered clouds.
Y así quedó todo, el dibujo Cinella encima de este girasol tomando el sol, me encanta el resultado, solo queda el fondo, que decidí hacer un cielo despejado muy azul con algunas nubes aisladas.
The drawing process is now shared, and I loved every part of it. I enjoyed using Paint—a tool so simple yet full of possibilities. I loved the experience, and I adore Cinella as a character. It’s one of my favorite drawings from recent days, maybe even of the entire month, so I’ll keep on drawing. I hope you all enjoyed my work, and thank you so much for your support. El proceso del dibujo queda compartido, me encantó todo, me encantó usar Paint, una herramienta tan simple con tantas posibilidades. Me encantó el proceso y me encanta Cinella como personaje. Es de mis dibujos favoritos de los últimos días y quizás de todo el mes, así que a seguir dibujando.
