For this drawing, I had some inspiration from the main character of the game Pragmata—when Diana bites the chips—a character created by Capcom. And obviously, my favorite Holozing Healer.

Para este dibujo tuve cierta inspiración en el personaje principal del juego Pragmata, cuando Diana muerde los chips, personaje creado por Capcom. Y obviamente, mi sanadora favorita de Holozing.

Process/Proceso

As I mentioned before, I was somewhat inspired by Diana, but I didn't want to make a copy, so I'll try to do something new with this idea; basically, it's a portrait-style sketch. To finish, I did the line art with the usual brush for characters and the color black.

Bien, como mencioné anteriormente, tuve cierta inspiración en Diana, pero no quería hacer una copia, así que trataré de hacer algo nuevo con esta idea; básicamente es un boceto estilo retrato. Para terminar, hice el lineart con el pincel de costumbre para personajes y color negro.

Moment to add the base color; I wanted to vary the palette I had been using for this character up to this point to see if I could give it a slightly different touch.

Momento de agregar el color base; quise variar un poco la paleta que venía usando hasta el momento para este personaje, a ver si le doy un toque algo diferente.

Time to build the character; technically there is no light source, haha, but I need to imagine there is one to give logic to the shadows. I think the t-shirt looks much better with this texture, but for continuity purposes, I created it by blurring and finally applied a noise effect; on this layer, I applied the clover with the tone effect.

Momento de construir el personaje; técnicamente no hay fuente de luz, jaja, pero necesito imaginar que sí para darle lógica a las sombras. Pienso que la franela se ve mucho mejor con esta textura, pero para fines de continuidad la hice difuminando y finalmente apliqué un efecto de ruido; sobre esta capa, apliqué el trébol con el efecto tono.

Most of the time was spent on the hair; I was varying the shades of green, so they can be seen in some areas. The blending was done in three parts, each one more detailed than the last.

La mayor parte del tiempo se lo llevó el cabello; estuve variando los tonos de verde, por lo que en algunas zonas se pueden apreciar. El difuminado fue en tres partes, cada una más detallada que la anterior.

To finish, we highlighted the eyelashes, added details to the pack, and created the background effect; I did this by selecting the entire character and creating an outline. After that, I experimented with different variations until I found this one; even so, I want to leave you both versions, with and without the effect.

Para finalizar, resaltamos las pestañas, damos detalles al sobre y hacemos el efecto del fondo; esto lo hice seleccionando todo el personaje y creando un contorno. Luego de esto, estuve experimentando variantes hasta dar con esta; aun así, les quiero dejar las dos versiones, con y sin el efecto.
