Greetings friends, I hope you are very well. Wow, I was finally able to finish! Sorry for the delay, power outages in my country are daily :( haha. Friends, recently my cat had an accident or a fight in the street and came back with an injured paw. I'm telling you this for two reasons: the first is that I used it as a source of inspiration for this illustration; Miu Miu reminds me so much of my cat when he doesn't want to take his medicine haha, and I've already drawn this Healer a couple of times—I don't know why I always draw him in unfortunate situations haha, he reminds me of myself. I am sure that in the Holozing world, there are probably similar problems when it comes to giving medicine to a creature that doesn't want to take it haha. Well friends, I don't usually do this "it's the first time," but I am raising funds for Filippo's medicine "my cat," so everything collected in this post goes to him; also, if you want to give extra help, we will be eternally grateful to you. As you know, I recently changed the canvases to a size of 2000 x 2400 pixels and a resolution of 300 dpi; I think this makes it easier to use the image for future projects. Anyway friends, I hope you like it a lot!

Saludos amigos, espero estén muy bien. ¡Vaya, por fin pude terminar! Disculpen por tardar, los cortes de luz en mi país son diarios :( jaja. Amigos, hace poco mi gato tuvo un accidente o pelea en la calle y regresó con su patita herida. Les cuento esto por dos motivos: el primero es que lo usé de fuente de inspiración para esta ilustración; Miu Miu me recuerda muchísimo a mi gato cuando no quiere tomar medicamento jaja, y a este Healer ya lo dibujé un par de veces—no sé por qué siempre lo dibujo en situaciones de infortunio jaja, me recuerda a mí. Estoy seguro de que en el mundo Holozing posiblemente existan problemas similares a darle medicamento a una criatura que no quiere tomarlos jaja. Bien amigos, no suelo hacer esto "es primera vez", estoy recaudando fondos para la medicina de Filippo "mi gato", así que todo lo que se recaude en este post va para él; también, si quieren brindar una ayuda extra, estaremos eternamente agradecidos con ustedes. Como saben, hace poco cambié los lienzos a un tamaño de 2000 x 2400 píxeles y resolución de 300 ppp; creo que esto facilita el uso de la imagen para próximos proyectos. En fin amigos, ¡espero les guste mucho!

Process/Proceso
If I had to mention the part that took the most time or was the most difficult in this drawing, I would say it was the sketch. I had the idea, but I had to adjust many things, which is why you can see a certain change from the base to the final sketch. To finish this part, we do the line art in black. At this stage, I left out a couple of details, but I must mention that I did this work intermittently due to the power outages :(.
Si tuviera que mencionar la parte que más tiempo o dificultad me planteó de este dibujo, diría que fue el boceto. Tenía la idea, pero tuve que ajustar muchas cosas, por eso se ve cierto cambio desde la base hasta el boceto final. Para terminar esta parte, hacemos el lineart en color negro. En esta etapa dejé un par de detalles por fuera, pero debo mencionar que realicé este trabajo de forma intermitente por los cortes de luz :(.
We apply the base color; in this case, I used an approximation of the palettes used in the references along with part of my personal color palette. This was the mixed result.
Aplicamos el color base; en este caso, usé un aproximado de las paletas usadas en las referencias junto con parte de mi paleta de color personal. Este fue el resultado mixto.
I put this background temporarily but ended up keeping it; however, I could still change it to another for future uses. I wanted something that would better express the character's panic. The depth was done the same as always, applying lights and blending. On Miu Miu's body, I did something a bit different; I feel that making the fur somewhat more realistic wouldn't have looked as good.
Puse este fondo temporalmente pero al final terminé dejándolo; sin embargo, igual podría cambiarlo por otro para futuros usos. Quería algo que expresara mejor la situación de pánico del personaje. La profundidad fue igual que siempre, aplicando luces y difuminando. En el cuerpo de Miu Miu hice algo un tanto diferente; siento que hacer el pelaje un tanto más realista no habría quedado tan bien.
For the parts with bright colors, I used the strong light effect and also multiply. I was making variations until I got one that looked pretty. For the lenses’ crystals, I also used something similar.
Para las partes con colores brillantes, usé el efecto luz fuerte y también el de multiplicar. Fui haciendo variantes hasta conseguir una que se viera bonita. Para los cristales de los lentes, también usé algo similar.
To finish, we corrected some details and finished giving logic to all the shadows. In this case, I liked the result as it was, so I didn't have to pass it through the other program to edit the colors.
Para finalizar, corregimos algunos detalles y terminamos de darle lógica a todas las sombras. En este caso, el resultado me gustó tal cual, por lo que no tuve que pasarlo por el otro programa para editar los colores.
