Hello everyone! It's another fan art day, and I decided to make another grass racoon fan art design from my inquisitiveness to try new things with the holozing creature. Actually, the grass racoon has been around for a while, since it was launched by the holozing team. So let's get into the new grass racoon I made.
At first, I made a sketch of the original grass racoon image. And after drawing the sketch, I decided to pick the color that would look more close to the original picture but I wanted it to have a bit of a difference from what it was before. Then I left out some colour and added some new colors to my new grass racoon fan art.
After I was done filling in the colors I felt would soothe what I wanted, I then proceeded to create a new background that would look more like the name it is called, which is the grass racoon. But this time I made use of the grass to show in my design that it is dwelling in a grassland that has trees around it, and the racoon is dwelling there. The trees have some falling leaves, which I represented in the form of a green drop, and I also made the grass land design on which the racoon is standing on and also under it is the shadow of the racoon on the floor.
Final Designs
In the final design, I made use of the brush tool to make a pattern of carpet grass that is just growing to cover part of the background, as well as the goose grass I used for the floor where the grass racoon is standing on and now the new look of the grass racoon is here. It was a big thing for me to do, and it took me about 5 hours to create this fan art. I hope it worth the time spent doing this. Thanks for checking it out.
