On today's Blog I am going to share a new recepie that I learnt.
This my first post on What I Learned Today Community and I hope you like it.
Every day I wake up at 5.0 am and it's my childhood habit.
As usual today in the morning when I woke up and went to Kitchen for Tea. I saw a Hibiscus flower, Some Holy Basils (Ocimum tenuiflorum) were boiled and some Cloves are also added there.
I was shocked and ask mom curiously what she is making ?.
My Mom than told me that it's Ayurved Tea, which helps to reduce toxic chemicals that flow in our inner body.
Also it's help to maintain the Gas as wel as Cholestrol.
It's test was good with no suger, no Caffeine or etc.
After I ask Mom to reach me how to make this.
HOW TO MAKE !!
My Mom told that,
- At first we have to boil some water.
- when the water starting bubble than we have to put These flower 🌺 with some Holy Basils.
- when the colour tranfer into yellowish than we put Some Cloves depends our immunity, cause it's produce so much Hit that can be effective in Hot Weather Areas.
And Your Ayurvedic Tea is Ready to serve !!
