What if all you had to do to 'earn' some HIVE, was to win a poker game? No entry fee, no card packs to buy and no membership requirements of any kind. Would you want to play? I'm a big fan of No Limit Hold 'Em personally, and you can play that along with other poker variations on the tables at LUCKSACKS! Think a team or two I was on in the past may have won a few seasons. 😁

Speaking of teams, there is one that a person may join that they never really leave. That being the camaraderie of a given platoon, battalion or tight knit specialized unit. Veterans are everywhere and have done their part to help in keeping the peace and making the world a better place. Did you know we even have our own token? Ya!

That's what we are hoping to bring attention to by hosting this tournament. Witnesses Hive account@inthenow, Hive account@veteranforcrypto and myself, have all chipped in for some prize money for some tournaments. The first one will be on Sunday, May 29th @ 5 pm EST on Lucksacks. If people dig it and they have a good turnout? Maybe we'll up the ante and add a few other goodies in the future.

We also hope people will take the time to learn a little about us and buy some tokens to help further our efforts on and off chain. The distribution to real people has begun from Hive account@veteranforcrypto from the last Splinterlands Savagery tournament (and yes, another will be initiated soon - next week sound good?) and we hope a few rounds of poker will encourage you to help support those that have made the oath just a little bit more.
