My opponent, in the last 5 battles, used the Dragon elemental team complemented with varied teams, so there was no way to prepare my team based on a possible opponent's team.

O meu adversário, nas últimas 5 batalhas, utilizou-se do time do elemento Dragon complementado com times variados, pelo que não havia como se preparar o meu time com base em um possível time adversário.

Battle had only 15 mana cap points, so it was interesting to use Gargoya, although, on the other hand, it had the earthquake rule, so creatures without the flying ability would take damage every round.

A batalha possuía apenas 15 pontos de mana cap, sendo então interessante para utilização do Gargoya, embora, por outro lado, detivesse a regra earthquake, pelo que criaturas sem a habilidade de voar sofreriam dano todo round.

There was also the "Holy Protection" ability, so the first damage taken by each creature would be ignored, i.e., it would not reduce its armor or life, which even protects from earthquake.

Then I assembled my team thinking of a possible victory within 2 turns, because otherwise I would certainly be defeated, having made the formation of this one with the following creatures:

General Sloan: As life element summoner, for its my highest level life summoner and for granting +1 ranged attack point.
Gargoya Scapper: For participating in the weekly challenge.
Dax Paragon: For his magic damage and ability to attack from the first position of the team.
Xenith Archer: For his ranged attack and low mana cost.
Pelacor Arbalest: For its ranged attack and its ability to perform two attacks in the same turn, which in my opinion would give me a certain advantage.

Então montei o meu time pensando em uma possível vitória dentro de até 2 turnos, pois, caso contrário eu certamente seria derrotado, tendo feito a formação desse com as seguintes criaturas:

• General Sloan: Como summoner do elemento life, por seu o meu >summoner de life com maior level e pela concessão de +1 ponto de >ataque ranged.

The battle started with attacks from my Dax Paragon on Gloridax Soldier, which removed his "Divine Shield" ability, and from Pelacor Arbalest who, to my misfortune, missed the first of his 2 attacks, only destroying Gloridax's shield, but without reducing his life to only 4 points, which would certainly make a lot of difference to me.

Next Gloridax removed Gargoya's Divine Shield and Stitch Leech removed my Pelacor's Divine Shield. Gargoya then attacked and also missed his attack on Gloridax (good luck to my opponent), with only Xenith Archer then hitting his attack.

I was certainly unfortunate in my team choice for this battle, especially considering that none of the creatures could fly, which made me start the battle at a huge disadvantage and with a path to defeat almost already mapped out.

My opponent, on the other hand, made a good team choice, having placed as tanker a powerful creature that did not suffer damage from the earthquake, as well as possessing the ability to reduce the opponent's damage, which made it a great differential, even more so considering a battle with such a reduced mana cap.

Anyway, as for the creature of the week, Gargoya is a creature focused for this type of battles, and its participation certainly could have been more effective if it wasn't for the earthquake, but there is no way to expect great progress or damage with this one, it is, therefore, a good creature, but only to compose the team, not being its differential.

De qualquer forma, quanto a criatura da semana, Gargoya trata-se uma criatura focada para esse tipo de batalhas, e sua participação certamente poderia ter sido mais efetiva caso não fosse o earthquake, porém não há como se esperar grandes avanços ou dano com essa, trata-se, assim, de uma criatura boa, porém apenas para compor o time, não sendo o diferencial deste.
