Incluir va más allá de sumar una persona aún equipo, pues al aceptar a alguien más, estamos dando luz verde a un motor que viene a trabajar no solamente para hacer un cambio sino más bien para repotenciar una estructura, y para dar otro punto de vista a lo que a veces resulta ser algo monótono.
Todos tenemos una necesidad innata que podemos llamar la primogénita, y esa es la #comunicación, la cual es esencial para la aceptación de seres racionales en el espacio donde habitamos, no obstante, la necesidad por naturaleza asociativa es la inclusión, la simple razón de “ser” sin “estar” no le permite al humano saciarse por completo.
Todos sin importar si somos #extrovertidos, #introvertidos e inclusive #ambivertidos buscamos pertenecer a algo que nos haga sentir valiosos y útiles. Al ayudar a otros a alcanzar su máximo potencial e incluirlos, le abrimos la puerta para obtener resultados positivos en el medio en que se encuentren, parece absurdo, pero, cuando todos participamos los círculos se vuelven más nutritivos, #reciprocidad, #enseñanza y #aprendizaje, incluidos nos volvemos más humanos, más justos.
Incluir es un derecho, pero también es un deber, ya que permitimos la cooperación plena y la intervención al desarrollo, aunque siempre existe un obstáculo, el punto es atravesar trincheras para tener una sociedad equitativa y prospera, cuando incluimos no solo hacemos referencia a una palabra, más bien damos ejemplo a la aceptación de la independencia, las etnias, culturas, religiones, género, origen social, capacidades, discapacidades, orientación sexual, jóvenes, adultos, chicos, ancianos, hombres, mujeres y un montón de grupos o clasificaciones; es en este recinto, justo aquí, donde entendiendo que somos seres humanos, aceptamos y valoramos la diversidad de quienes nos rodea.
Hablo de un derecho porque, así como nos gusta que nos traten bien, debemos tratar bien a los demás con dignidad y sobre todo respeto, entendiendo que este último no se exige se gana, un deber porque si queremos una mejor sociedad debemos contribuir y colaborar para su formación, todos somos libres e iguales por ello debemos respetar las distintas diversidades y decir no a la discriminación, porque mañana no sabemos que puede pasar.
Aceptarme y aceptar a los demás tal cual son, sin ver prejuicios, estereotipos, barreras físicas, sociales e intelectuales, nos supera como seres humanos, convirtiéndonos en la sociedad inclusiva, que busca la equidad, la prosperidad, el trabajo mutuo, desarrollarnos en lo que nos gusta dependiendo a nuestros talentos, sintiéndonos realizados y permitiendo que los demás disfruten de un gozo similar al nuestro. La inclusión es un camino que debemos recorrer todos, ya que con ello creamos un mundo mejor.
