La Lluvia / The Rain
La lluvia depende del cristal con que la mires; será según la huella que haya dejado en la persona. En ocasiones también está supeditada a la actitud del momento; si estamos tristes evocamos situaciones tristes, si estamos nostálgicos traemos recuerdos de la infancia o por el contrario si estamos alegres recordamos episodios alegres y hasta nos dan ganas de jugar bajo la lluvia.
The rain depends on the glass with which you look at it; it will be according to the mark it has left on the person. Sometimes it is also subject to the attitude of the moment; if we are sad we evoke sad situations, if we are nostalgic we bring back memories of childhood or on the contrary if we are happy we remember happy episodes and even feel like playing in the rain.

El agua no pedía permiso para inundar las casas. Si llovía estando en clases, me preocupaba porque sabía a lo que me enfrentaría.
Writing this publication, memories landed one by one; as a teenager, where I lived it was terrible when these intense rainfalls fell because it was necessary to get into the water with shoes and everything, because it was like a swollen river. The water did not ask permission to flood the houses. If it rained while I was in class, I was worried because I knew what I would face.
A lo largo del tiempo son varios los estragos que han ocasionado los aguaceros: deslaves, inundaciones y deslizamientos. Estos eventos adversos generan un impacto importante en la población; tales como pérdidas humanas y materiales. A estos tipos de eventos adversos se les denomina natural pero... ¿Realmente son naturales? ¿Qué tanta responsabilidad tiene el Hombre en convertir un evento natural en un evento adverso?
