El lugar donde se realizó el evento “Sonidos de bienestar” es uno de los espacios verdes más gratos que tiene Caracas, los Galpones de los Chorros. Es principalmente un espacio cultural donde puedes visitar varias galerías de arte, la librería Kalathos, donde también puedes tomarte un sabroso café, y al entrar encuentras un espacio de realidad virtual y el espacio donde se llevó a cabo el evento, una sala grande que se transforma según el evento que se lleve a cabo allí.

Luego de un breve intermedio, en el cual se llevó a cabo una rifa para quienes estábamos en el evento, inició su participación el músico y profesor de biodanza Erin Vargas, quien nos guió para realizar diversas dinámicas. Inicialmente habló de los beneficios de la música y del canto y luego hicimos una bellísima dinámica vocal. No sabía que cantar tuviera tantos beneficios físicos y emocionales. Empezaré a cantar más a menudo. Luego hicimos algunas dinámicas de biodanza, muy gratas también, siguiendo algunas piezas de música y los sonidos de su guitarra. Muchísimas gracias al profesor Erin por esas dinámicas tan gratas.

El evento cerró con un gratísimo concierto de música brasilera del grupo venezolano AkaBrasil, que nos puso a bailar al ritmo de la samba. También debo destacar a la gentil presentadora Analys y agradecer a todas las personas que hicieron posible este evento. Es muy hermoso sentirte parte de una comunidad, de un proyecto que busca el bienestar de las personas, que nos permite conectarnos y comunicarnos. En este año y medio que llevo en Hive una de las cosas más importantes que encontré en esta plataforma de la Web3 es justamente la posibilidad de unirme a comunidades positivas, que te ayudan a tu crecimiento personal. After a brief intermission, in which a raffle was held for those who were at the event, the musician and biodanza teacher Erin Vargas began his participation, who guided us to perform various dynamics. Initially he spoke about the benefits of music and singing and then we did a beautiful vocal dynamic. I didn't know that singing had so many physical and emotional benefits.
