One of the girls came up with the idea of expanding the office or moving to another one that was empty but needed several repairs and painting, several members of the group opposed the idea, claiming that it was a lot of work and it was better to stay where we were, I think they had gotten used to the small space and ironically made discomfort an important part of their workplace, Marisela, who proposed moving to the other room, with her creativity and eloquence that characterizes her, managed, so to speak, to convince several kids of her plan and by the end of the week she had a group of five people willing to work and organize the new space, at first it wasn't easy and we had several obstacles during the repairs that her father kindly made, then we moved forward with the cleaning and for about a month there was very little progress to be seen in the room.

Una de las chicas ideó ampliar la oficina o mudarnos a otra que estaba sola, pero necesitaba varias reparaciones y pintura, varios integrantes del grupo se opusieron a la idea, alegando que era mucho trabajo y mejor era seguir donde estábamos, creo que ellos se habían acostumbrado al espacio pequeño e irónicamente hicieron de la incomodidad una parte importante en su lugar de trabajo, Marisela, quien propuso mudarnos al otro salón, con su creatividad y elocuencia que la caracteriza, logró por así decirlo, convencer de su plan a varios chicos y al terminar la semana ya tenía un grupo de cinco personas dispuestas a trabajar y organizar el nuevo espacio, al principio no fue fácil y tuvimos varios obstáculos durante las reparaciones que amablemente hizo su padre, luego avanzamos con la limpieza y durante aproximadamente un mes eran muy pocos los avances que se veían en el salón.
In the painting and decorating phase, significant changes could be noticed. The living room and walls looked beautiful with their colorful murals. Marisela, with her magic hands, as we affectionately called her, spent several days decorating, painting, and placing flowers in the living room. After a week of hard work, the office was very beautiful. To be honest, it looked unrecognizable compared to how it was before.
The following Monday when we started work and the staff was asked to move the tables, chairs and furniture to the new office, the members of the group who had expressed their discontent with the change of space were the first to be surprised to see how beautiful the new office had turned out. I must say that it exceeded my expectations and looked great, it was nothing like the space that had been repaired and painted. Despite several obstacles, in the new space we were all more comfortable and working at ease because it was larger and we could move around easily. It is definitely from discomfort that small ideas arise that motivate us to grow, and although they may seem impossible to achieve, when there is effort and dedication, they bring about great changes and help us to be more comfortable and improve. At first, Marisela's idea did not seem possible, but with her creativity and enthusiasm, she managed to make it a reality and provide us all with a great space to work more comfortably and calmly.
En la fase de pintar y decorar si se pudieron notar cambios significativos, el salón y las paredes se veían hermosas con sus coloridos murales, Marisela con sus manos mágicas como cariñosamente le decíamos, estuvo varios días decorando, pintando y colocando flores en el salón y al cabo de una semana de haber trabajado duramente, la oficina quedó muy hermosa, siendo honesta, lucía irreconocible en comparación a cómo estaba anteriormente.
El siguiente lunes cuando nos incorporamos a trabajar y se solicitó al personal que trasladara las mesas, sillas y muebles a la nueva oficina, los miembros del grupo que habían manifestado su descontento con un cambio de espacio, fueron los primeros en sorprenderse al ver lo hermoso que había quedado la nueva oficina, debo decir, que rebasó mis expectativas y se veía muy bien, no se parecía en nada a ese espacio que había sido reparado y pintado, a pesar de varios obstáculos, ya en el nuevo espacio todos estábamos más cómodos y trabajando a gusto, pues era más amplio y podíamos movilizarnos con facilidad; definitivamente de la incomodidad surgen las pequeñas ideas que nos motivan a crecer y aunque parezcan imposibles de realizar, cuando hay empeño y dedicación, traen grandes cambios y nos ayudan a estar más cómodos y mejorar, en un principio la idea de Marisela no parecía posible, pero ella con su creatividad y entusiasmo, logró concretarla y brindarnos a todos un gran espacio, para trabajar más cómodos y tranquilos.
