, para de esta manera expresar cómo es el proceso de comunicación entre una o varias personas a través del dialogo.

Cuando hablamos de dialogo se refiere a una forma de comunicación donde pueden intervenir varia personas, con el objetivo de expresar su sentir u opinión, con respecto a una determinada situación, en la cual se respetan los diferentes puntos de vista de los demás. El dialogo es importante para llegar a unos acuerdos y solucionar u determinado problema que se presentan en diferentes ámbitos.
When we talk about dialogue we refer to a form of communication where several people can intervene, with the objective of expressing their feelings or opinions, with respect to a certain situation, in which the different points of view of others are respected. Dialogue is important to reach agreements and solve certain problems that arise in different areas.
Uno de estos ámbitos en la cual el dialogo está presente, es a nivel laboral, en donde por ejemplo en los organismos públicos donde actualmente laboro, tenemos un coordinador, el cual a través de la comunicación emite todas las actividades que se van a desarrollar durante determinado tiempo, y luego llegamos a un acuerdo para realizar nuestro plan de acción, tomando en cuenta las necesidades de cada una de las personas y respetando sus opiniones, con el fin de llegar a uno acuerdos, que es lo que se requieren en una buena comunicación.
One of these areas in which dialogue is present, is at the work level, where for example in the public agencies where I currently work, we have a coordinator, which through communication issues all the activities to be developed during a certain time, and then we reach an agreement to carry out our action plan, taking into account the needs of each of the people and respecting their opinions, in order to reach an agreement, which is what is required in good communication.
Por otro lado, este dialogo se da en las relaciones de parejas, o en un matrimonio, donde participan ambos, cada uno expresa sus ideas para después llegar a un acuerdo, según la problemática que tengan dentro de su hogar. Este dialogo se basa en una buena comunicación, donde interviene la persona habla y está atenta la que escucha para escuchar la información y luego emitir su opinión para llegar una solución a un problema determinado.
On the other hand, this dialogue occurs in couple relationships, or in a marriage, where both participate, each one expresses their ideas to later reach an agreement, according to the problem they have within their home. This dialogue is based on good communication, where the person speaks and the listener is attentive to hear the information and then give their opinion to reach a solution to a particular problem.
En estos días mi esposa me estaba hablando de un situación de un familiar y en ese momento me distraje unos segundos, viendo una información en mi teléfono móvil, esto son cosas que después reflexione y que no se deben hacer, para establecer una buena comunicación, entonces debemos estar concentrados y atentos, mirando a los ojos de la persona que habla para después poder expresar nuestra opinión y plantear una posible solución al problema.
These days my wife was talking to me about a situation of a family member and at that moment I was distracted for a few seconds, watching some information on my cell phone, these are things that I later reflected and that should not be done, to establish a good communication, then we must be focused and attentive, looking into the eyes of the person who speaks to then be able to express our opinion and raise a possible solution to the problem.
Cabe destacar que es importante respetar a la persona que habla, para entonces exista una buena comunicación, donde se expresen las ideas y prestar atención a la persona que comunica el mensaje con el objetivo de llegar a un acuerdo, y seleccionar las posibles soluciones de cualquier problemática que se presente en diferentes ámbitos de nuestra vida.
It should be noted that it is important to respect the person who speaks, so that there is a good communication, where ideas are expressed and pay attention to the person who communicates the message in order to reach an agreement, and select possible solutions to any problems that arise in different areas of our lives.
Ahora bien, para que el dialogo se de forma adecuada tenemos que respetar cuando la persona está hablando, y no interrumpir lo que está expresando en ese momento, es decir esperar a la oportunidad después para dar nuestra opinión con relación al tema tratado.
Now, in order to have a proper dialogue we have to respect when the person is speaking, and not interrupt what he/she is expressing at that moment, that is to say, wait for the opportunity later to give our opinion in relation to the topic being discussed.
Para finalizar la comunicación es la forma de establecer un dialogo con las personas, que se debe llevar a cabo correctamente para llegar a unos acuerdos, y darle soluciones a una determinada situación, con respeto, tolerancia con el fin de ser empáticos con la otra persona que escucha atentamente para después dar su punto de vista y finalizar el dialogo.
Finally, communication is the way to establish a dialogue with people, which must be carried out correctly to reach agreements, and give solutions to a given situation, with respect, tolerance in order to be empathetic with the other person who listens attentively and then give their point of view and end the dialogue.
